    I've been looking for a BMW mid size SUV vehicle for a month. I am so excited to buy my very first BMW because, my sister & my brother in law have their own BMW cars for so long & they loved it. Mr. Ryan Kearns at BMW West Springfield gave me that very pleasant experience in buying the 2026 BMW x1 28i. He was very professional and offered me to test drive it first. He is very genuine on helping me find the right vehicle that I would love. He listens to me by not pressuring me to buy something that I don't want it added to my purchase . I would like to thank him for going above & beyond, by making the buying process smooth & stress free. He still follow up with us after 3 weeks of purchasing the vehicle asking if I have concerns or questions regarding my BMW. For me, that is an outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Mr. Ryan Kearns to anyone looking for an excellent BMW buying experience.

    I’ve never owned a luxury vehicle so I was nervous going in. I met Ryan Kearns a salesman there and ended up ordering my car that day. He made the whole experience a breeze, one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. If going to look at a car I recommend asking for Ryan!!! That’s doesn’t mean everyone else I met there wasn’t friendly because they all were but Ryan stood out. He was as excited for my car to get there as I was. First class experience with Ryan!!!

    ** REVISED REVIEW ** I am pleased to upgrade my review to 5 stars and now feel much better giving my endorsement to BMW of West Springfield. I was contacted by the service manager who took a great deal of time listening to my concerns. While there were initial hiccups, the response has been stellar and all of my concerns have been fully addressed to my satisfaction. While it’s not uncommon to experience service issues, it IS uncommon to have such an attentive service manager that takes the initiative to find the right solution, this has given me great confidence in their service department. The attention to addressing the issues to my full satisfaction are rare these days. I’m excited about my car again and happy to be able to recommend BMW of West Springfield. I’m grateful for the follow up experience! It means the world to me! Thank you!! I’m disappointed with my experience at BMW of West Springfield. I purchased a 2021 Z4 M40i in January and immediately put it into winter storage. When I bought the car, I questioned the condition of the tires because they appeared worn. The dealership only offered to replace one tire, which felt surprising for a premium performance vehicle at this price point, but I accepted it because I liked the car. When I took the car out of storage this spring, a pebble became lodged in the brake rotor. I paid to have it removed, and during that visit the service department informed me that two tires needed replacement, the car was out of alignment, and it was due for an oil service and brake fluid flush — all before I had even used a full tank of gas since purchasing. I asked the sales manager why these items weren’t addressed as part of the safety inspection and retail‑ready process. Their explanation shifted: first the tires were fine, then the alignment was the issue (which they did correct — thank you). But when I returned for the oil and brake fluid service, the technician’s inspection video again showed that the front tires needed to be replaced and alignment was out... At this point, it’s clear the car was sold without proper servicing and with maintenance needs that should have been identified before sale. I gave the dealership multiple opportunities to make this right or at least meet me halfway, but they chose not to. For that reason, I cannot recommend BMW of West Springfield. This was a disappointing experience, especially from a brand positioned as premium. I’ve never had issues like this with Porsche or Land Rover service. I rarely write negative reviews, but this one truly left a bad taste.

    i worked with this young man. Gezim Terholli and i was very impressed by his work ethic very friendly guy no pressure no chasing me around, also his Manager was incredible very smooth to work with over all i was happy with the purchase of the vehicle from them! i suggest anyone if you are looking to purchase any vehicle from BMW contact Gezim you’ll be happy i’m the whole staff team there are friendly.

    I was working with Bryce from BMW in West Springfield. I Purchased a 2026 BMW X2. I went to a couple of other dealerships. Let me say I felt comfortable the staff was very pleasant. Bryce was knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and concerns. He followed up with me in case I had further questions or concerns. I can go on and on. I would HIGHLY recommend going to BMW of West Springfield. Ask for BRYCE. You will not be disappointed.
