  Great experience! I had the pleasure of working with Ty when purchasing my vehicle. From the very beginning, he was extremely helpful, patient and responsive. I did a lot of communication over the phone prior to making the trip to the dealership and he made the process incredibly easy and straightforward. When I finally came in to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive, everything was exactly as described, I never felt pressured or rushed into making my decision. He was honest, answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful, but Ty made the experience much easier than expected. I really appreciate his genuine and personable approach as much as all of the help he offered me. I would absolutely recommend working with Ty to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

  Miguel Rosado of BMW West Springfield was of great help to Jo-Ann and I in purchasing our new car. Miguel walked us through everything from choosing the right car, financing, registration, insurance and even mounting the new license plates. All in one day! Couldn't have done it without him.   An excellent buying experience from start to finish. Miguel Rosado is an exceptional professional: patient, honest, and very knowledgeable about every detail of the vehicle. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and tailored everything to my budget, without any pressure. The financing and paperwork process was fast and transparent.   The most user-hostile car shopping experience we’ve ever had. It’s as if they don’t actually wanna sell cars; no one was willing to help us or show us around the different vehicles we were actively interested in test driving and possibly buying. We even called ahead to confirm they had the vehicles, but it was as if we were invisible. We could have been BMW owners for life, but instead, now we are not even going to consider them for our next car purchase. A very odd experience! It’s as if no one wants to sell cars here.

  My wife & I could not be more impressed with the Team at BMW of West Springfield! We recently visited the showroom (with our 11 y.o. grandson) just to “check-out a BMW X5”, and Ryan Kearns greeted us (and treated us) so well that we decided to take a test drive. While the vehicle was clearly special, the kindness extended to us by Ryan was so exceptional that we ended up buying a 2026 model on the initial visit! As a very knowledgeable expert, Ryan took care of EVERYTHING that needed attention to arrive at a very reasonable deal for us, and we drove away with our new X5 this week! Special treatment was also extended by Raquel in the business office (an incredible specialist …. and very kind, too), and Lucasz brought us thru the technical-side of the X5 like a true pro!
