  Beware. I dropped my car off here for a 9:30 windshield replacement appointment at 7:30 in the morning. The guy told me it would be done prior to 1pm. My car wasn’t even touched until 3:30 in the afternoon. I went around 4:30 (they close at 5) to pick the car up. It wasn’t ready. I waited until 5:30 for them to be finished. While waiting for the car there were 5 other individuals who were there to pick up their cars as well. Everyone was upset and complaining about lack of communication and customer service. The front desk person was confrontational and argumentative and took no accountability for any of the issues. He continuously told the people who were angry they got texts confirming their cars pick up that they were lucky to have gotten the texts so they weren’t “locked out” since they close at 5 even if the cars were not ready. I should have headed the warnings when I read through the reviews of this place. I would recommend taking your car literally anywhere else but this location. I have a brand new Tesla that unfortunately needed windshield replacement. The new windshield was filthy when I picked up the car and the inspection sticker was completely messed up. When I addressed it with the person at the desk his response was: “yeah unfortunately there’s not a science to it. We used to have razor blades to remove them and then replace them easier but the guys kept cutting themselves so we don’t do it anymore.” And then proceeded to tell me to go “get one reprinted”. So I’m now sitting at an inspection place while I’m paying to get an entirely new inspection done because they in fact do not reprint stickers without inspections. Even though I had the car inspected 2weeks ago. Safelite as a company should do better.

  Terrible experience with Safelite AutoGlass. They scheduled my appointment three different times, and each time they canceled the day before for a different reason. After that, they told me they would contact me once my windshield was available, but I never received a call or any follow-up. This was a complete waste of my time. Poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and a lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

  The Safelite team was very professional. There was an issue with my insurance and Safelite had an 800 number to call and the issue was resolved. It was easy to schedule an appointment on line.
