- DFDominique FowlerMay 30, 20261.0Could not be more frustrated. Dropped my car this morning for a windshield replacement. They told me it would take 3 hours. I tried to call them but no phone number and their chat service does not work. They called me 30 minutes before closing time saying they had issues and that they couldn't recalibrate my vehicle ("it never happens, we are all stunned " yes right). Had to rush in to make it before it closed and barely made it. The onsite manager was so rude at pick up, denied ever saying it would take 3 hours and was still on a one on one conversation on his earbud with his manager (who should be taking this shop into his hands based on the level of service instead of chitchatting all day). You would think the guy would have come up with a better attitude after that many screw ups. ... Now I have to wait 2 weeks for the glue to dry, get my windshield replaced again so they can calibrate my car. Dreadful.....One thing is for sure, guess where I will not go?

When I tried to resolve this with them because they broke part of the hood on my windshield, the manager, Nick, lied to us about every aspect of it, even though we had proof of the lies and then refuse to resolve the issue with us and walked away from us. And then they tried to charge my insurance for the piece that they broke and said they were going to replace and we had to get them to take that off the bill because they never replaced it. My insurance recommended I choose this company because of a partnership they have together, and I wish I had chosen my other glass company instead of them.
