  To be honest we werent sure about using camping world for our 5th wheel purchase. I have heard a lot of bad stories about camping world as a whole.... but not this location. We couldn't be happier with our decision to go to the West Hatfield location. The 1st time i found the listing online for my camper we were communicating back and forth... he even sent me a video walk through. We ended up going there and looking at a few more campers. We fell in love with the 1st one we talked about. We were able to negotiate a fair deal for something we thought was worth even more. The whole process we felt like we were in good hands. We really dont have anything negative to say. When it comes time to get into a new camper we will definitely look there 1st. Thank you Francis and the whole staff for our purchase

  I had a great experience working with Julia at Camping World. She was friendly, helpful, and made the process easy from start to finish. Julia took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood everything. I really appreciated her professionalism and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend working with Julia if you’re visiting Camping World!

  Simple and easy to work with! Owen found the perfect camper for us!! We had hot dogs and refreshments while we waited for our paperwork to be prepped. Josh and Jared were a delight to work with. They both were professional and made sure we had a clear picture of both the financing and the deal as a whole. We went camping on our first trip and had a small issue. We reached back our Salesman Owen. He contacted the Sales manager Jared and they worked to find a quick solution!! Thanks guys Sincerely Mary L

  Whole staff was welcoming and took their time showing us all the campers we wanted to see. We decided on a pre-owned cougar and ohh boy did we make the right choice! Special thanks to Owen and Jared for making our camping dreams come true. They really knocked this one out of the park and followed through with everything as promised. We will be telling everyone we know to shop at camping world for their next RV

  BUYER BEWARE!!!! I recently purchased a camper from Camping World, and unfortunately, the experience has been absolutely horrible. One of the biggest issues was discovering that the black tank had not been properly emptied before I took possession of the camper. During the walkthrough, I specifically noticed the tank was reading around 1/4 and actually brought it up to the salesperson. I was told that the black tanks were completely emptied before a camper is sold. I trusted what I was told and expected Camping World to follow its own policies and properly prepare the camper for delivery. After getting the camper home, I discovered that this was not the case. Having a black tank left with waste in it is completely unacceptable, especially when I specifically asked about it before taking delivery. (Fecis all over us and our site due to them not emptying tanks) Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only problem. The awning was also not properly fixed, and despite bringing the issue to their attention, it has still not been replaced or properly resolved. What is most frustrating is the lack of accountability. Rather than simply acknowledging the mistakes and making things right, I have felt like I’ve had to fight to get Camping World to take responsibility for problems that existed with the camper when they sold it to me. The way the manager spoke to me made the situation even worse. Instead of listening to my concerns or trying to help resolve the problems, he brushed them off as though they were unimportant. He also made it clear that our trade-in had already been sold, which came across as if there was no longer any reason for them to care about our concerns or make things right. That attitude was extremely disappointing and showed a complete lack of customer service. A dealership should stand behind what it sells, especially when a customer relies on the dealership’s statements and policies when making a major purchase. I expected much better from a company of this size & the price paid! I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a camper from Camping World to do an extremely thorough inspection of everything before signing and taking delivery. Don’t simply rely on what you’re told during the walkthrough—verify everything yourself. This has turned what should have been an exciting new camper purchase into a very frustrating experience. Camping World needs to take responsibility for its mistakes and actually make things right for its customers. Very disappointed and, based on my experience, I would have a hard time recommending Camping World to anyone. If they had taken accountability- maybe this wouldn’t have come to this point- however- this is the worst rv dealer in the MA CT area- stay far away from Jared the sales manager and Owen the sales man- this place is a complete SCAM!
