  I had a great experience working with Laryssa Azevedo. She really listened to what I was looking for and took the time to understand my needs without ever making me feel pressured. She was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated her professionalism and customer service. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

  This review is for Danny. I saw a CX-30 on Mazda’s website that matched almost all of my requirements except for the color, so I called right away to schedule a test drive. Danny took care of me and patiently answered all of my questions in great detail. After I mentioned that I’d also like to see other colors, he checked the inventory for me and suggested I test drive a car in the color I preferred but in a different trim, so I could be more informed. Throughout the entire process, I never felt any sales pressure—instead, it made me genuinely want to buy the car. I’ll admit I’m still a little hung up on the color… but if I do end up making this decision, I’d be very happy to have bought the car from Danny.

  Best car-buying experience I've ever had! We worked with Ashly and completed 90% of the purchase online/via email. We only had to go into the dealership to have our used car appraised. We spent less than 15 minutes at the dealership, purchased the tire and wheel protection plan at a price we were comfortable with, and were on our way. They were extremely fair on the value they gave us for our trade in. They definitely have a customer for life! We're excited to work with them again when it's time for our next car. I would highly recommend them. Im a Toyota guy myself but based on the experience will definitely be open to a switch. Well done Wellesley Mazda Team!

  We recently purchased a vehicle from Wellesley Mazda, and can honestly say it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. To put that in perspective, I absolutely hate buying cars. Like many people, I've come to expect a process filled with delays, surprises, pressure tactics, and endless back-and-forth. Because of that, my expectations were pretty low going into this search. Then we met Ashly. What immediately stood out was that Ashly approached the process as a partner rather than a salesperson. We were looking for a very specific vehicle, trim, and feature configuration. Another dealership had confidently told us that the exact vehicle (trim/options,etc) we wanted simply did not exist anywhere in the United States. Instead of telling us what couldn't be done, Ashly went to work. Within just a few hours, she located multiple options that matched exactly what we were looking for. A week later, we were picking up our new vehicle. That level of responsiveness and commitment would have been impressive on its own, but what really made the experience exceptional was the transparency throughout the entire process. There were no games, no pressure, no surprises, and no last-minute changes. Every conversation was straightforward, every commitment was honored, and every member of the team treated us with professionalism and respect. The final pickup was equally impressive. For the first time in my life, a dealership actually had everything ready to go when we arrived. We weren't left sitting around for hours waiting for paperwork or finance. We were in and out exactly as promised. After years of buying cars, I can honestly say I don't have a single complaint about the experience. That's something I never thought I'd write in a dealership review. Thank you, Ashly, and thank you to the entire Wellesley Mazda team. You've earned customers for life.
