- KRKatherine Ryan1 day ago5.0After an oil change today at another business I was told that my oil pan was rusted and needed to be looked at. They recommended Sullivan’s in Watertown. I drove up and the staff were able to take my car in right away. They answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease about my car troubles. I explained that I was in the market for a new car and they didn’t pressure me to fix anything then and there. They went out of their way to make sure my car was safe to drive. While my trip there was short they declined to take any kind of payment for what they did. I am so appreciative of their help. Thanks to Kevin!!! I’ll be back.

I love the warmth I get whenever I come to the shop, and as such I always trust the service I receive, which is why I always choose this shop.
