My car was hit by a driver, and while it was being fixed, the insurance company arranged for us to have a rental through this Enterprise location. The rental experience was smooth and the service from the local team was flawless. The charge went directly to the insurance agency and they provided us a ride from/to the auto shop which was located down the street. Thank you!

Huge shoutout to the team here! They picked me up directly from the collision center after I dropped my car off for repairs, which made a stressful day much easier. There was a bit of a hiccup with the insurance booking (the other party’s insurance only authorized a lower-tier, older vehicle that didn't really compare to my personal car). However, the staff here handled it like pros. They first made sure I was taken care of by giving me a car with a full tank of gas on the house, and then they followed up by swapping me into a much better sedan once one became available. Really attentive service and they clearly care about their customers. Highly recommend!

This place here is one of the most friendly and professional businesses I've ever done business with in my adult life, especially considering I'm only 24 years old and have never rented a car until now. Before coming to Enterprise, I was dealing with another rental car company, which, for lack of better terms, was being a real pain in the neck and was giving me a hard time over a miscommunication. Long story short, out of frustration with that experience, I canceled my reservation and felt like my trip was over—until I found Enterprise. My mom had done business with a different Enterprise location in the past, so I didn't know what to expect, especially after my last bad experience with a rental company. I decided to make a last-minute decision days before my trip and reserved my rental with this Enterprise location. Looking back on everything I had to go through to finally book with this location, I have no regrets. I called it a few times before picking up my car, and the staff I spoke with over the phone were always friendly, helpful, and—more importantly—super professional. That professionalism was one of the green flags that encouraged me to proceed with this location. Since I called ahead to ask questions and avoid any confusion on the day of pick up, I am still blown away by how quickly I was able to walk out of Enterprise with a car, and how smooth and painless the process was. The person I worked with during pickup and who answered my questions on the phone was R.J., and I will always remember his name because we share the same name. R.J. was absolutely fantastic—I don't think this 5-star review does him justice. I can't express enough how much I appreciated his courteousness, helpfulness, transparency, and professionalism, which was truly outstanding. I really loved the car that R.J. set me up with and I really hope to drive it again someday, because after this experience, I can definitely say you have gained a new customer and fan of this location. I recently booked a car, and when I arrived at the location to pick it up, they asked me for proof of address—which is fine! I provided them with three proofs of address. My driver's license even listed my address, but they told me that wasn't enough and that they couldn't give me the car. They made me feel uncomfortable and discriminated against right in front of everyone!

Always a great experience especially at this location. RJ helped me both at pick up and drop off. He definitely has exceptional customer service skills that showed as he patiently and calmly attended to another customer who did it like her rental because of the smell. Then, as he was taking me to my rental, the lady came back and said she saw a dog hair in the car and couldn’t take the replacement rental either. He kindly told her that he would be right with her as soon as he finished with me and reassured her that they would work it all out. At drop off, RJ went out to get the miles and fuel level from my rental, so I asked another guy sitting at the front desk if they would be able to give me a ride. When RJ came back, the other guy left, so I asked him about a ride. RJ said it was not a problem at all. We went outside and he asked me to wait until he could move the car forward so I wouldn’t have to get into the vehicle right over a large puddle of water. RJ is friendly, professional and mindful of the customer experience. He is exactly the type of employee I would want representing my business in a customer-facing role and leading a team. If not already, he needs to be on track for management.
