I always have a quick and great experience at this Valvoline! My only gripe is that they always try to up charge me on various things (air filters, battery , antifreeze etc) when I’m just there for an oil change. I know I can get these things fixed at a local mechanic for much cheaper. I also understand that the Valvoline employees are just doing their jobs but I always feel bad saying no to all this extra stuff. Valvoline will remain my go to place for service when I need my oil changed!

Great service, the team works quickly and efficiently and everyone is chipping in to get cars in and out in a short amount of time. Will continue to use this location in the future.

Recently got an oil change and a few other services at Valvoline in Waltham. Christine helped me out. She was super nice. Educated me on every little thing that she was doing, saw two car seats in the back and asked me about my kids and gave me a coloring book with crayons. That is going above and beyond to provide a great customer experience. Appreciate Christine and her team they did a great job.
