  Excellent service. Fast! Courteous. Will recommend. I had a reservation the next day to tour the tall ships at the Boston Harbor. I was able to keep my reservation and safely drive to Boston Harbor the next morning!! I’m also from Pennsylvania and was fortunate to find Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers willing to take care of my flat tire (nail) and repair it like I was in a pit stop during a race! It was even near their closing hours when I walked in frantic and they were so kind.

  I had a great experience at Monro Auto Service and Tire! I was having a rough day when I came in, but the owner went above and beyond to make me laugh and brighten my mood. The customer service was excellent, and everyone was friendly and professional. They got my car taken care of quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s hard to find a place that provides both great service and genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend Monro Auto Service and Tire. Thank you for making my day a little better!

  I had a slow leak on my tire I had just noticed yesterday. Being close to my work was convenient, but the prompt service and personable nature of the staff working there will make me come again some time. The man I spoke with that helped assist was forthright, honest and attentive.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Monro Auto Service. This was not just a simple mistake — I feel like I was misled twice, and because of their incorrect alignment work, I ended up ruining my front tires. I trusted them to professionally align my vehicle and paid for the service. After continuing to have problems and abnormal inner tire wear, I took my vehicle to another tire shop for an independent inspection. Their alignment machine showed that the front toe was severely out of specification: -0.37° on the left front and +0.63° on the right front. The other shop then corrected both sides properly to +0.13° and +0.13° — completely free of charge. What is especially unacceptable is that I had already returned to Monro because of the issue, and I was still led to believe the alignment was fine. Twice I trusted this shop, and twice I was misled. Meanwhile, my front tires continued wearing abnormally on the inside, and I am now left dealing with damaged tires because of work that I paid Monro to perform correctly. I have documented before-and-after alignment results from the other shop. This is not speculation or just my opinion — I have actual measurements showing how badly the alignment was off before it was properly corrected. I paid Monro for a professional alignment, lost my front tires because of their incorrect work, and then had another shop fix their mistake for free. That is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend that anyone considering an alignment at this location think twice. Based on my experience, I cannot trust the quality of their work or the information I was given.

  I did a wheel alignment but I was disappointed for not having a report made at the end. Though they did a good job, but they need to give clients a printed report as well.
