    Very convenient. Rented a few times. They usually get me in and out very quickly. Nice, chill group of employees. Had an issue a bit with a car and was offered a free upgrade next rental. Unexpected, unnecessary but really appreciated. Highly recommend especially compared to other rental companies/locations I’ve experienced.

    charged me for 2 extra days. tried calling the number multiple times and no one answered so i had to inconveniently drive there myself to dispute the charge. i told them i had video proof of me dropping the key off in the bin (since it was after closing time for that day) and showed the employee. he then had the nerve to swipe up on the video in my photo library to check for himself the exact time stamp of what day and time the video was taken. i wasn’t extremely bothered by it because i had nothing to hide, but why do you need to touch my phone without asking and swipe up to confirm yourself that i’m being truthful when your office was either 1) deceitful enough to intentionally charge for 2 extra days or 2) too idiotic to realize what time and date i dropped the car off when your parking lots have video footage. i’d also like to note the time and date they charged me for was nowhere near close to the time i actually dropped off the keys. i was able to receive my refund luckily, but just a distasteful experience. very lucky that i was able to obtain video footage of me dropping off the key, i have always done so in the past with returning car rentals and will continue to do so in the future for times like these. i urge others to as well.

    I occasionally rent a car or a vehicle from this location and it’s very convenient for me. I live close by and the guys they are really nice. They always take care of me and they’re just really pleasant and you know get things done. Yeah I like this location. They’re very very good thank you.

    Very disappointed with my experience at the Enterprise location on Moody Street. My rental car’s tire pressure warning light came on, with one tire reading 26 PSI while the others were at 46 PSI. After contacting Enterprise Roadside Assistance, I was instructed to drive about 20 minutes to this location for a vehicle exchange. When I arrived, the branch manager, Chris, told me, “I don’t know who sent you, but we don’t have any vehicles to change with your car. We just put air in the tire and you’re good to go.” My frustration wasn’t that a replacement vehicle wasn’t available. It was that I was sent there unnecessarily. If I had been told over the phone that the solution was simply to add air to the tire, I could have done that myself and avoided wasting time when my family was already trying to make it to scheduled events. During the conversation, Chris said “geez,” which I found dismissive and unprofessional. When I mentioned my concern about his customer service, he admitted he had said it. I understand problems happen, but customer service and communication matter. This experience left me feeling frustrated, inconvenienced, and undervalued as a customer.
