The price displayed on the shelf was one amount, but at the checkout, it was a completely different figure. It was absolutely terrible. When I pointed out the discrepancy to the salesperson, they claimed they couldn't adjust the price to match. Their attitude implied, "If you don't want it, just return the item and take your money back." It was a complete waste of my time and left me feeling thoroughly frustrated.

Have we really lost our morals, manners, or respect? Manners and values have nothing to do with where you come from, but rather with how you were raised—or perhaps how you view your life. Sadly, I want to share how I was discriminated against in a certain way at AutoZone, and the language they used was inappropriate. Before, that place made you feel welcome, and in one way or another, they helped you with even the smallest details—and that makes all the difference in a retail setting. But for a while now, the service has been terrible. I don’t know if the same thing has happened to you? It’s unfortunate that stores in our community aren’t helpful, and we have to go to other, more distant places with a smaller selection of items but better service because of the terrible service in our community. The lack of respect is intolerable, and it’s not the first time—at least not at that location.
