Have we really lost our morals, manners, or respect? Manners and values have nothing to do with where you come from, but rather with how you were raised—or perhaps how you view your life. Sadly, I want to share how I was discriminated against in a certain way at AutoZone, and the language they used was inappropriate. Before, that place made you feel welcome, and in one way or another, they helped you with even the smallest details—and that makes all the difference in a retail setting. But for a while now, the service has been terrible. I don’t know if the same thing has happened to you? It’s unfortunate that stores in our community aren’t helpful, and we have to go to other, more distant places with a smaller selection of items but better service because of the terrible service in our community. The lack of respect is intolerable, and it’s not the first time—at least not at that location.

Went into Autozone to ask for help replacing my key fob and was met by John! He was wonderful in locating the correct battery and helping me throughout the process! He deserves all the recognition!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and worst manager I’ve ever seen. Ordered a bottle of oil online and went straight to the store. I got to the store and she employee kept bringing the wrong bottle. He’d look at the order then walk away. I was patient and just looked around and played on my phone. After like 15-20 minutes the manager walked up to me and handed me a receipt. I looked at him confused. He said “we processed a return”. And walked away. No “hey we don’t have what you ordered so let me make it right by giving you a better oil”. Maybe we can sell the better oil at a discount”. Not even a “sorry sir, we don’t have what you ordered and we’ve refunded your money”. No one told me they were doing a refund, just handed me a receipt and walked away. I only had like $12 in the bank before I ordered this bottle so I couldn’t even get another bottle. I asked how long it would take to get into my account and he said “we did our part”. That’s it. “We processed your refund” and “we did our part” was the entire conversation from the manage
