  Excellent service from start to finish. I went in for a routine oil change and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The technicians were professional, polite, and explained what they were doing without being pushy about extra services. It's so convenient to just stay in your vehicle. Highly recommend!

  I always come to this location because the manager and staff are so nice! They are fast, efficient, and super friendly. I highly recommend this oil change place for your car!

  Went to the Valvoline in Walpole. Everyone was super nice!! I was greeted as soon as I arrived. The technicians working with me were also so professional. The manager working gave me a decent discount. He is awesome!! Will definitely be going back there for oil changes in the future!!

  During a routine oil change and being a loyal customer for 10 years. The technician did not replace my oil at my last appointment. Due to this error after an hour of driving my transmission blew! They refused to replace or repair. The service was at 7 pm and I contacted them by 7 am and they did not take responsibility! Actually the district manager was mean about it! Super rude!

  Extremely poor, I will not return. Although advertised as oil change in approximately “15 minutes”, I sat in the bay for one hour and five minutes. Prior to that, I waited for half an hour in a row of cars, where the technician asked me to park. That move was clearly designed to make me think I was next in line, when in fact, I was third in line. The techs fill the four bays and trap people in, while workers bounce around among cars as you sit in your car waiting in the heat of summer. I asked the technician to change my rear wiper blade. He did so, installing the wrong length blade and neglecting to put the cap back on. Instead, he left it on the roof of my car and it rolled off as I pulled out on to the highway, making it unretrievable.
