  Per usual, the team at Walpole Valvoline were superb! From the team leader to the technicians, they were very polite, professional, good-humored, and worked efficiently. We are a 4 car family and I have brought 3 to this Valvoline and have been given the white glove treatment each time.

  I had a great experience here! I came in for an oil change, radiator fluid service, and transfer case service, and the whole team was amazing. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. They were very informative and answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated. The service was also quick and efficient, and they had me back on the road sooner than I expected. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  This team was outstanding! Jaquis (CSR), Steven (Topside), and Dylan (Bottomside) provided excellent service and worked incredibly hard, even under a heat advisory. Their professionalism, teamwork, and positive attitude were truly impressive. They went above and beyond, and I really appreciate their dedication despite the challenging weather.   I’ve been to several Valvoline locations before and have always had pretty quick, straightforward service, but this Walpole location was a completely different experience. The entire operation felt extremely disorganized. There were around 15 employees (or close to it) working on only four cars, yet everyone seemed to be walking around from vehicle to vehicle instead of finishing one task before moving on to the next. What should have been a simple 15-minute oil change turned into a 40-minute wait. To make matters worse, I watched two cars that arrived after me get finished and leave before I did. I even asked why the person in the bay next to me, who had arrived about 10 minutes after I did, was already leaving while I was still waiting. I never got a clear explanation. The sales tactics were also incredibly frustrating. I came in expecting an oil change that would cost around $100, but somehow ended up paying $227. The woman assisting me repeatedly pushed upgrades and additional services. I declined the air filter twice, but she kept insisting until she finally told me she’d give me a discount if I agreed. I said yes based on that promise, but the discount was never actually applied. Overall, this was the slowest, most disorganized, and most expensive oil change I’ve experienced at any Valvoline. I won’t be returning to this location, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
