  My car was returned to me with my mirror tap no longer working and (after 2 additional appointments where no effort was made) they refuse to even try to fix it. The only thing we established in the 2 additional appointments was that, yes, they disconnected it, and, no, they will not reconnect it. So now it’s up to me to pull everything apart again and try to reconnect it. This is my 3rd windshield on this car, and I’ve never had a company refuse to simply return the car in the condition that they received it. Won’t make this mistake again.

  Staff were helpful and professional. Location is easy to access and the service was excellent. I dropped the car off earlier than my appointment and had it back before the scheduled appointment, Quick, easy, and efficient service! This was an Insurance claim for windshield

  They are horrible. No one will call you back. Can’t talk to anyone at local offices. Never again.

  Jeff is useless. Ordered the wrong windshield to start. I adjusted my work schedule for my appointment and found out the wrong windshield was ordered. Wasn’t a huge deal, since mistakes happen and I was understanding. Rescheduled and didn’t think much of it…boy, was I wrong. He then said he ordered the correct one and told me to come back the next day at 8:00am. Then reached out that afternoon to tell me the one they reordered had a crack in it and he’d have to order it from the main warehouse. Told me to come back a couple days later at 8:00am and assured me he ordered the correct one and received confirmation from the warehouse. I showed up and he never had me on the schedule and never even ordered the windshield!!! Told him I needed it done by the following Monday, which would be my FOURTH time having an “appointment.” He said he wouldn’t be in but someone else would be able to help me. Sonia was amazing. I showed up that Monday and Sonia said she didn’t have me on the schedule for 8:00am, like Jeff had said. She also informed me that there was once again NO WINDSHIELD EVER ORDERED! She sincerely apologized. Jeff should be demoted and Sonia should be the new manager. He’s absolutely useless and does not care at all. I had to adjust my work schedule four different days and he never even ordered the windshield for two of those appointments and told me I was good for an 8:00am appointment, which was also a lie. He had me down for 2:00pm, which was a huge waste of time, since he never ordered the windshield! DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR GLASS REPAIRS!

  I would recommend going to any other auto glass replacement provider over this shop in Wakefield. I had two appointments cancelled on me in the same week - with both cancelled the day of the scheduled service and one after I had dropped the car off at 6am. The store manager was unhelpful and unwilling to look for solutions. Safelite Corporate tried to get involved and he was unwilling to work with them either. After my experience, I read the other reviews and saw that cancelled appointments and poor customer service is what this particular branch is know for. Bring your business elsewhere.
