    I purchased a Georgetown, ended up buying new. My first rv, exciting experience for me. Kevin was the salesman and Matt was the sales manager. Everything went well, Matt seemed knowledgeable about class A rvs. Went through the walk through, some things didn't work, and some things couldn't be checked. Went through finance and bought it. Was told they would get on the things that didn't work while plates and insurance were processed. The awning wouldn't work, the generator, didn't work, self leveling not working, and the propane and gas tank were to be filled. I was checking in about every 4 or so days, there wasn't any information. A little shy of two weeks I was calling once a day or every other day. I felt they were ducking me as they became much less available. In conversation Kevin gave no status info and was not in touch with it at all. I would talk to Matt and he would state he would find out the status, both of them were completely not in touch with this sale to me. I felt two weeks was a long time for a new rv that I now owned to be ready for pickup. It should have been ready when put up for sale. Each time I had called I reiterated the items that needed to be addressed, as both salespeople were not at all in touch with the status or progress of the rv. On one of the calls Kevin told me the plates were in and he would fill the propane and gas tanks when he put the plate on. I called and talked to service on the 26th, they were very helpful and told me the problems fixed and what was the cause, all were minor. Service said it had been ready for a few days. I called Matt first thing he told me he called when he got in and it wasn't ready yet, I told him I called and it was. I said I'd be down in an hour to get it. I got there and asked a salesman for Matt, the salesman came back and handed me the keys. I asked if Matt or someone was going to come with me and show me my new rv and how things work, he said no. I asked, so you expect me to just take the keys, walk out alone and drive away? He said that's what Matt said to do. I get it to my place and go over it for the next few days. The generator didn't work, the propane was 1/4, the two vent fans weren't working, and the tv/antennae booster wasn't powering up. I called Matt, he said to bring it in and they would fix it. I said it was supposed to be all set, I want you to send someone out. I gave up on them at this point (it had been 4 days with Matt not calling). I had a friend over and we found a bad ground on the generator. 6/1 Matt called and said he would have a guy in my area delivering to someone and he could stop by and look at the generator, guys name was Tony. I told Matt I had found the problem the day before and it was fixed. I then told him that the exhaust fans and the antennae booster weren't working. He told me Tony would be by in the afternoon. I said to give him my number and I would be here for him. No call, no one showed. That was the last I heard from Matt or Camping World Uxbridge. I found two missing fuses on the panel for the vent fans and antennae booster, and installed them, now they work. I wasn't going to bother with this, but it's been irking me. I have better things to do than to type a novel to appease my bad treatment of the sales staff that I dealt with. I felt compelled to let this info forum know how I was treated. I went in, spent over $150K and what should have been a two week smile you couldn't wipe off my face, turned into a non deserved bad experience. I have not a good thing to say about Matt and Kevin after the rv was purchased, and the way they ducked, avoided, didn't call back, had no information and could have cared less about a huge, live changing purchase for me.

    I would like to give them zero stars, but I cant. Wanted to buy a used RV for our first time, picked one out, and it went all downhill from there. It took over five weeks from the time I paid cash for my camper to have it delivered to my house. The sales manager said he would put new tires on it when we went to look at it and it was a fight from there to get the tires put on. I was finally told it was all set. We went to pick it up, and there were no new tires on it. I had to escalate everything to the general manager. We finally had the trailer delivered with new tires on it, and lo and behold, the breakaway switch kit was no good. At that point we just bought one and put it on ourselves. I would never go back here again. Horrible horrible horrible experience. Poor communication amongst all employees there and even worse, poor communication with their customers. Save yourself some aggravation, and go somewhere else.

    I was going to let my experiences go, but feel I have to let others know what you might expect when dealing with anything other than the most simplest shopping experience. Purchased a new hitch earlier in the spring. The description stated the ball was to be attached. When I got there i found the hitch was a “leftover” and the ball was not attached. Salesperson tells me to take it to service and they can put it on for you. I go over to “no service” and guy behind the desk says “ can’t help you unless you wait 2-3 hours”. I go back and complain to retail : “I am paying for an option I did not receive and service will not help unless I wait”. Reply was we do not have control over service. So I ask “ why didn’t you tell me that info, or call over there for me before sending me on an exercise in futility”? Sorry was the reply.. I left and did it myself. First lesson learned. Fast forward, I see they have items “ in stock at store” on their website so I figured I would give them another try. I drive in to purchase these advertised “ in stock at store” items. I ask a salesperson if they could help me locate these after my unsuccessful search, and was rudely told in a very dismissive way where in store they were located. I went to the location and there wasn’t any stock on the shelf for the items I asked about. I go back to same rude salesperson informed them they are not on the shelf, and then was informed “ those are on hold for someone”. Why was that not stated when I asked initially? Because rude/dismissive salesperson couldn’t care less and figured “make the old man work for it” is my opinion. I could go on but you get the idea on treatment of customers. Never going back!

    Saw the rv I wanted. Called and made appointment for next morning. Talked to Camping world and they said all set. Come tomorrow first thing We drove 2 1/2 hours one way. Waited 20 minutes for a salesman to come out to show us the rv. Felt very uncomfortable, finally salesman gets the keys and takes us the rv and before we get inside I notice a sold sticker on windshield from 3 days ago. Yup 5 hours of driving for some bullshit "so sorry" can I show you something else. Camping world has been deleted
