  I have been a frequent renter from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for almost two decades and have 150+ rentals and can honestly say that the quality of cars and vans that I have rented have always been clean and well maintained which provides me a definite peace of mind. My recent rental experience with the Tewksbury location was exceptional and I would like to express both my appreciation and commendation to both Thomas DeNault Branch Mgr. and Hemi Acharya the Asst Branch Mgr. who were so very helpful and accommodating on my most recent rental of two 12 Passenger vans for our family vacation. HIGHLY Recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for quality rental cars. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION for the TEWKSBURY, MA Location, you won't find better customer-service!

  I rented a minivan for 10 days with pickup on 6/3/26 and received a confirmation email. Less than an hour before pick up I received a text message that they had 0 cars available on their lot. I asked for assistance and received no response. I have called to speak with customer service, but they can only take your number and promise to have someone call you back that day. I have called 5 times over 6 days with no return call. I found some email addresses online, which have also been ignored. Customer Service chats have gone unanswered. Tomorrow I will file a complaint with the FTC, BBB and Attorney Generals Office. What kind of company won’t even let you speak to a customer service rep?

  Appointment to pickup car at 11am....did not leave until 12pm. They had one employee attending the desk and I assume washing cars, as he was gone from the desk the length of time it took for him to bring me my rental. When I got my rental there was no walk through to show damage, just handed the keys. There was 8 people behind me waiting for cars and only 1 hour until closing, with one employee. The employee was super nice, and I felt so bad for him having to deal with all that alone. To top off the experience, car was given to me with the gas light on. Enterprise do better for your staff and customers.

  Been on hold 2 times so far this morning for 10 minutes each time then disconnected! Terrible and just unacceptable

  Enterprise in Tewksbury MA has a very friendly staff with great customer service and a fast and streamlined process.
