I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at the Tewksbury/andover location on Main Street. Will was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was incredibly friendly, talkative, and made the entire process seamless. He completely exceeded my expectations by not only making the check out process fast and painless but also by going out of his way to give me a ride back to my hotel. He had great engagement and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s clear Will is a stellar Management Trainee who models true leadership and customer care. He also had nothing but praise to give his fellows and manager! He has completely solidified my loyalty to Enterprise. We will definitely utilize this location when next we are in the area! Exceptional service—give this man a promotion! P.S. Supernatural, Yellowstone, and Widows Bay are my recommendations! Good luck young man!

I had made a reservation for the weekend (2 days ago) wake up to a call and I voicemail stating I would have to pay more money for my rental and that I booked less then 24 hours? but I didn’t book less then 24 hours also I was aware the type of car I reserved? It was going to be additional cost for “the car they had available” so I called in cause something didn’t add up lol he read the wrong renter then followed with we need electric bill and gas bill paystub I'm like I’ve never went through this ever not my 1,2 3 or forth time renting from this company 1st time at Tewksbury also was told pick up wasn’t available because it’s just one staff member and the cleaner and it’s weekend!? Can I stress I never had service like this in other locations with enterprise 🤷🏻‍♀️ I cancelled my reservation.

Everybody at this location was super helpful and kind!! been renting a car for the last month while mine is in the shop and this team was extremely patient and answered all of my questions, they made the experience super easy for me. They’re quick and take care of everything for you! Each car that I rented was in great condition and I loved driving each one. The management team here is specifically exceptional, I worked with Danny and Will the most, they were the nicest guys ever!! Definitely recommend this location if you are in need of a rental car!
