  Sometimes closed early if dead parking lot, just fyi. Here at 5:30 PM, lights are all off, nobody in building.

  I would give zero stars if there was an option to. The men here this morning were so unprofessional. My appointment was at 8 AM this morning to get an oil change. I get checked in and the man at the front desk states that the mechanic will be here soon. At about 8:15 he shows up... they were both standing there talking near my car and being extremely slow. now it is 8:40 AM and my car is up in the air and both men come out. the man calls and asks if they have a filter in stock... i said wait you guys dont have a filter for my oil change.... ( now this is at 8:40 am when my appt was at 8 AM and ive been waiting 40 minutes.) they both just looked at me and didn't respond. one man left in his car to get a filter and didn't say anything to me. The mechanic was just standing there and i said is he going to get a filter for my oil change, he didnt even look at me and says "yup" i said where is he going for that and he still doesn't look at me and just says "auto zone"... i said okay thanks for the communication.. and he says "not my problem" about 10 minutes the guy comes back with the filter and then sits at the desk and gets on a personal call with a family member talking about a bakery hes trying to open... still doesnt address me or apologize about the inconvenience. the mechanic finally comes back with my keys and just puts his hand out and hands them to me and doesnt even look at me and i say thank you and he still doesnt look at me and doesnt say youre welcome. i leave and my oil light is still on because it wasnt reset... for $125, this was the worst service i have ever encountered. my family and i normally use this place for all of our car services and we are all switching to a different mechanic because the was they treated me and how unprofessional they were, was so unacceptable.

  Wow!!! What a great team currently in place. To be honest, I've been here before and was generally happy enough with the results but the staff was questionable. Today the two gentlemen that helped me were phenomenal! I wish I had gotten their names. I 💯 recommend Munro. Thank you!

  Completely messed up my jaguar and told me it wasn’t them I have proof and they keep starting fights when i tell them i need it fixed

  Have to say I’m extremely disappointed once again with the service provided by Monro. I had a 12pm appointment and arrived 10 minutes early to check in. The gentleman checking me in looks like he has no idea why I’m there and proceeds to take 30 minutes to “check in”. Asks for my confirmation email 3 times, can clearly tell Goodyear and Monro have 0 communication with each other. The place looks abandoned. Also you have a break room for your employees? Ken eating/chewing with his mouth open during the whole check in process on top of being extremely arrogant and rude just added to the experience. On top of it all, another customer came in screaming about his service and got to sit through him and the “manager” arguing for over 20 minutes. Save your time and go to Firestone.
