  I was really disappointed with my car detailing experience. I was initially quoted $145, but after dropping off my car, I received a call saying my seats needed additional shampooing for another $100. I agreed because I wanted my car to be thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately, when I picked up my car, it was not as clean as I expected. There was still visible dust, dirt, and debris around the cup holders, dashboard, seat belt buckles, and between the seats. Some areas looked like they had only been vacuumed rather than properly detailed. The main reason I wanted my car detailed was because my trunk had a very unpleasant smell. I specifically asked whether the trunk was included in the service. However, when I checked it afterward, it still looked dusty and didn't appear to have been cleaned. When I pointed this out, the employee said the dust might have come from putting my car seat cover back in the trunk. However, based on both the appearance and the smell, I genuinely don't believe the trunk was properly cleaned. I paid extra expecting better results, but the overall job felt rushed and incomplete. For the amount I paid, I expected much better attention to detail. I've attached photos showing the condition of my car after the service. Overall, I don't feel the quality of the cleaning justified the price.

  I love this place. I'm new in town. And they do a very decent wash.and there vacuums aren't so bad either.

  This is going to be posted with a tone of frustration, since I'm still mad about it, but I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to use that useless terminal... I tapped all the right buttons, got to the pay screen, and nothing. Nothing was happening when I inserted or swiped my card. So I started again, went through the motions, and again... nothing. Tried several more times before I eventually decided to just back up and leave. But, and this is important, I literally would have been trapped if there was a car behind me, and also would have had an impossible time getting out of there if there wasn't a small break in the concrete to squeeze my car through as well. For some reason it is practically an alley so you can't even turn around if you decide to leave. And the whole time that I'm trying to do something that should be so simple, just pay for a car wash, there are no employees in sight, no one to help. Just me, an electronic screen, and a gate. So after just sitting there for 5 minutes trying to figure out what to do, and eventually giving up, that's when I decided to leave. It simply wasn't worth the frustration, and even though it's the closest wash to me, I'd rather drive an extra 10-15 minutes to any other wash than waste my time going back and dealing with one of those useless, impersonal terminals again.

  What an amazing detail our car received. It was a white glove treatment- our neglected mouse infested stinky car was rejuvenated!!! Great communication and kindness from Mickeys! I randomly found them on a google search and soooooo grateful!!
