  I love this place. I'm new in town. And they do a very decent wash.and there vacuums aren't so bad either.

  This is going to be posted with a tone of frustration, since I'm still mad about it, but I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to use that useless terminal... I tapped all the right buttons, got to the pay screen, and nothing. Nothing was happening when I inserted or swiped my card. So I started again, went through the motions, and again... nothing. Tried several more times before I eventually decided to just back up and leave. But, and this is important, I literally would have been trapped if there was a car behind me, and also would have had an impossible time getting out of there if there wasn't a small break in the concrete to squeeze my car through as well. For some reason it is practically an alley so you can't even turn around if you decide to leave. And the whole time that I'm trying to do something that should be so simple, just pay for a car wash, there are no employees in sight, no one to help. Just me, an electronic screen, and a gate. So after just sitting there for 5 minutes trying to figure out what to do, and eventually giving up, that's when I decided to leave. It simply wasn't worth the frustration, and even though it's the closest wash to me, I'd rather drive an extra 10-15 minutes to any other wash than waste my time going back and dealing with one of those useless, impersonal terminals again.

  What an amazing detail our car received. It was a white glove treatment- our neglected mouse infested stinky car was rejuvenated!!! Great communication and kindness from Mickeys! I randomly found them on a google search and soooooo grateful!!

  This is really the only place we have suttontoniana and while we still give Mickey's our money we know in our hearts that this place is mediocre at best. The dryer has never worked they make a lot of excuses Whether or not you get a brush down depends on the mood of the operator Do I need to even get in about the vacuums?? And most recently the biggest rip-off of ever Mickey's is their magical belt that pulls the cars along is very worn out and that's why you've been waiting long between cars because they allow one or maybe two light cars in the belt at the same time. Mickey's be a real business. Fix your stuff or sell it to someone who has the heart to run it. Last thing is have you ever tried to get someone in the office when you have a problem? Door's locked. All the time. No Management on site. Pretty much adds up.
