- ALArthur lazazzeroAug 4, 20263.0Had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. It was a wait appointment. Manager Normand Areveo said it was a drop off appointment. I explained that it was scheduled by their call center and he said show me the text that I had received or you’ll have to reschedule. I said I’ll look for the text but he was being quick and somewhat rude towards me. I asked why he wouldn’t accept my word and he said he hears that from customers all day long. I showed him the text and he had a look of disgust and told an associate to put me in. I was shocked by his attitude. I’ve Been a Sullivan customer for over 20 years. I may give this location another chance down the road because the mechanics are great but I thought the area manager should be aware of his attitude towards a long-term customer. Thanks for listening

They were extremely punctual with the scheduled appointment, provided top-notch customer service, and completed the job much faster than I expected. Nowadays, it’s hard to find a shop that is this organized, honest, and efficient. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, speed, and reliability. They definitely earned a loyal customer!
