- MMMike MonopoliSep 13, 20265.0I recently had some work done on my truck to fix damage to my front suspension and bodywork. First off - the staff there absolutely understand how frustrating car insurance and accidents can be - and are very friendly and welcoming the moment you step in the door. Lenda explained the process and what to expect. We did have some issues with getting the appraiser out to the site (beyond their control), but Lenda was actively contacting them to get an ETA and kept me informed along the way. Once work got started, Mike would send text updates ever other day or so, communicating what had been done and what was coming next. This part of the process was great because I never felt unsure of how long the repair would take. The final work itself was great - panel gaps were even, paint work matched and the work the appraiser quoted matched what was done to the truck.

Figuring things out with insurance and car rentals seems overwhelming but she seriously took over most of it and made the process so easy! I feel like I really got to know her because we talked so many times to check in on the process and she’s so, so kind! The communication was fantastic and my car looked great when it was done! When there was a little issue upon pickup with my AC they very quickly accommodated me. I definitely recommend Steve’s!!
