- JGJason GJun 15, 20262.0Went in to try and get an oil change. The guy at the desk just said bluntly you have to leave it here all day. Like that remotely even sounds reasonable for an oil change. I was not annoyed that he couldn't take the car right away but how he handled it He offered no concession or alternative day or asked me if I'd like to make an appointment just akward silent state like he didn't even give a crap I was there or a customer. In a million years he wouldn't like being treated like that and I work for the government at the airport and I try to treat people better than that. I'll think twice before I go here again

Extremely rude over the phone as well the person who answer was rushing me off the phone and saying they won’t do things other people do at other tire shop!

I have been extremely pleased with the high quality of service I received there. Bob is outstanding! He is so pleasant and professional. He is excellent to deal with. I always feel that my car and I are in the very best hands there. Check them out next time you need anything vehicle-related.
