  Called today, 8/1/26 and spoke with a gentleman named Bob. Bob was very kind and was able to get me in same day to get the new tires installed. The tires were in stock at a reasonable price and the guys did a great job installing them. Would definitely recommend this Sullivan tire location!

  I visited this shop with my father to ask for help with our vehicle. My father simply asked if anyone spoke Spanish. An employee named Bob responded, “This is America.” As a Hispanic customer, I found that comment offensive, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. It made us feel unwelcome and, honestly, gave me the impression that we were being treated differently because of our language and background. I then spoke in English and explained the issue with our vehicle myself, but the damage was already done. There is nothing wrong with asking if someone speaks Spanish, and customers should never be made to feel embarrassed for doing so. Whether appointments were available or not is beside the point. The issue was the attitude and lack of respect. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed by the experience. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with professionalism and dignity.

  Went in to try and get an oil change. The guy at the desk just said bluntly you have to leave it here all day. Like that remotely even sounds reasonable for an oil change. I was not annoyed that he couldn't take the car right away but how he handled it He offered no concession or alternative day or asked me if I'd like to make an appointment just akward silent state like he didn't even give a crap I was there or a customer. In a million years he wouldn't like being treated like that and I work for the government at the airport and I try to treat people better than that. I'll think twice before I go here again

  Lovely quality, fantastic service. The team at Sullivan Tire in Stoughton does very high quality work and my car has operated beautifully for 10+ years. I go to them for all my car needs (tune-ups, tires, engine work, etc). I am a VERY pleased repeat customer.

  Horrible customer service. Told me they couldn’t replace one of my tires if the brand was different from the other tires like just put the freaking tire on! Extremely rude over the phone as well the person who answer was rushing me off the phone and saying they won’t do things other people do at other tire shop!
