  My car had suddenly broke down and needed a car same day. I made the reservation online around 8am and picked up by 11:30am. In and out!!!! Gentlemen in front counter was great! 7/8/2016

  Awful service , Brianna Winkler the branch manager told me to pick up a rental at 6pm get there and she says she doesn't remember the conversation. Then they charge my credit card a deposit on a insurance claim . Never will I go to Boston rd.

  Very pleased with enterprise. They are very curteous and helpful. Reservation was easily done online. The vehicle was clean and ready when I got there. However on drop off of the vehicle, they were not able to provide a five mile trip back to my residence. Overall, very good service.

  I was given a very nice rental, clean and no problems at all; a smooth transition from my car to that one . Enterprise goes above and beyond to be very helpful during a stressful time and the employees are courteous and kind .

  Extremely disappointing experience. After my family's vehicle was destroyed in a major accident, I reserved a small SUV to help us get through a difficult situation. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle wasn't available and to return at 4:30 p.m. Upon returning, I was met with an uncaring and dismissive attitude and told there were still no vehicles available. After spending nearly 20 minutes trying to get answers about my reservation and why no one had communicated the issue, I was finally offered a compact car that does not meet my family's needs. The message was essentially "take it or leave it." To make matters worse, I witnessed two other customers receiving the same treatment. Poor communication, poor customer service, and no regard for customers who are relying on reservations during already stressful circumstances. Should be able to leave - 5 stars. Avis Took Good Care of Me.
