  Employees were helpful. Only because I had to cancel because they didn't have the car I reserved. Not only that, they couldn't give me a car until hours later. I had a place to be 3 hours away. So now this is costing me double. I wouldn't deal with them unless you got an extra day after your reservation to get what you already paid for

  One of the best car rental experiences I have ever had. I went to the Enterprise on Boston road in Springfield, Massachusetts. They were wonderful. I made my booking online. They called me right away to let me know that my car wasn't available but they had another car for me to take and just outstanding customer service through and through.

  Very rude service the female that works thir was very rude I had a reservation thir for late in the day threw my insurance and it was almost closing time I forgot my bank card and and enterprise was closing in a half hour so I said would it be alright if I came first thing in the morning yes I was told well they open at 8am I called said im on my way and she said thirs no cars till Thursday mind u this is Tuesday very rude customer service and I said how is it possible she hung up on me wow .
