  Here’s a cleaner and more professional version that still keeps your frustration and experience clear: My experience with Enterprise was very disappointing. The vehicle I paid for and the vehicle I actually received were completely different. I reserved and paid for a full-size vehicle because my family and I were going on a long trip, but instead I was given a small sedan, which created a lot of difficulties for us during travel. On top of that, one of the vehicles we received did not feel safe to drive at all. While driving, there were loud noises coming from underneath the vehicle, and the road noise was so bad that passengers could barely hear each other talking inside the car. It was extremely uncomfortable and concerning, especially during a long-distance trip. Overall, the experience was very frustrating and stressful. Better communication, proper vehicle matching, and making sure vehicles are safe and properly maintained would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I do not plan on renting with Enterprise again.

  I really enjoyed the pricing and the vehicle itself. Also, from start to finish customer service in person and on the phone was great from the Boston Rd store 😀

  I've rented 3 cars from enterprise and compared to other auto rental stores it's very reasonably priced and the staff is quick to get you out the door and rolling to your destination! Will continue to rent from Enterprise until I can purchase my own car!

  I rented a 2026 Chrysler Pacifica from Enterprise at the Boston Post Rd branch in Springfield, MA to drive cross country to Nevada, and I was very impressed. It was comfortable, smooth, and perfect for a long distance trip. Huge thanks to Bree for securing the van at the last minute and to James for being so accommodating. They made everything easy. Great vehicle and excellent service overall.
