  Long story short, I went in for an estimate and the owner told me the job would be $1,200–$1,300 max. I agreed, and we scheduled the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I dropped off my truck and later received a call confirming the price would be $1,300, which I agreed to. When I got the call that the truck was ready, however, the final bill came to $1,437. This is not about the extra $137. It’s about their word and how they conduct themselves as a responsible business. If you quote a customer a maximum price, then confirm that price again before doing the work, I expect that agreement to be honored—or at the very least, I should be contacted before any additional charges are added. I can’t speak to the quality of their work, but handling the billing this way definitely puts them on the wrong side of things in my opinion. It comes across as dishonest and shady. I was considering having additional work done with them, but after this experience, I’ll be looking elsewhere.

  First 1 in today and they already working on my car. Really nice ppl and super professional. The guy at the desk walked me through my issues and gave me a insanely affordable price and I didnt even tell him my money issues. So within 2 days I found 2 really amazing car mechanics. Masters of their crafts. I may leave a second review from another email just to inform ppl how amazing they are. I am eternally grateful 🙏🏾

  My car was making a funny noise from the exhaust so I called Ed’s to see if they could have a look. They welcomed me in the same day and found & fixed the problem quickly for a super affordable price!
