I’m not sure if I simply caught them on an exceptionally good day or if this is how they operate every day, but either way, I was thoroughly impressed! From the cleanliness and organization of the shop to the spotless waiting area, everything reflected professionalism and pride in their work. The mechanics (my superheroes for the day!) were clean, well-dressed, courteous, and provided outstanding customer service. The speed and efficiency of the service were just as impressive. It’s clear that this is a well-run business with expertise in its specialty, a team that knows what they’re doing, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! It’s not often you find a business that gets so many things right, and when you do, you want everyone to know about it. I’ll absolutely be recommending Ed’s Custom Muffler Shop to my family and friends! Thank you, Ed’s Custom Muffler Shop, for such an outstanding experience! You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer! 👏

I got a Benz and got it done, SAME DAY. Got it done great people great guy, even showed me the bottom of the car even without me knowing much pointed everything out and showed me everything they’d do with options. I said I had 1000$ to work with, he said “ we can do ____ for 500 “ could have easily got more from me but great business honest man 10/10 would come back.

Booked a 10:00 appointment, showed up on time, and found out they double-booked the slot with another customer. After waiting 10 minutes with no one available, I left. The technician came out as I was already in my car. They later called to confirm the appointment was at 10:00. Correct — and it was 10:10. I rearranged my workday for this and got stood up. Every other place I went either saw me on time or quoted me over the phone so I did not have to sit around. Poor scheduling and arrogance for the customer’s time. Would not recommend.

Exceptional service at fair price! It was my first time there and I was very impressed with quality, price and efficiency of everyone involved in the repair. Originally came in for an estimate, the job was completed and I was back on the road in about an hour. Would definitely recommend Ed's!
