The employees were pretty busy helping other customers when I arrived but the General manager jumped right in and helped me with everything I needed. I also witnessed one of the employees using a translation app to successfully help a customer who did not speak a commonly used language. I thought that was really awesome!!

I would like to shout out to whoever the supervisor is at the store who refused to give me and his own corporate office their name. I went there to return an item and the supervisor who thought he knew more than everybody told me I was not allowed to return the item because I no longer had my debit account I used to buy it. Unfortunately, things happen in life and my account was attacked by fraudulent activity and I had to shut the account down so I no longer had the debit card. After explaining this to the supervisor, he refused to give me my return on a product that I had a receipt For. Not only was the product defective, It was unsafe To be kept in a Customer hands. After realizing how unprofessional and childish the supervisor was, I left the store and immediately called the corporate office. After speaking with somebody at the corporate office, they told me to go back to the store, put the supervisor on the phone so that he could give me my refund via cash. Because as the guy at corporate said if you use a debit card, you have the option to get a cash refund clearly the supervisor wasn’t listening to his training back whenever he had it . When I went to the store to get my refund, the supervisor had a tantrum refused to give me the cash refund and even refused to give me his name and the person from his own corporate office his name after we both realized he was going to refuse to help me, I had left the store Still on the phone with the corporate office from AutoZone. After the guy from AutoZone, corporate office realized how much of a unprofessional work associate he had he helped me fill out a complaint to someone even higher than the corporate office. I am very sad to say I’ve never had this issue at AutoZone. I have been working on my vehicle and Customer vehicle vehicles for years and this is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any auto parts store. I’m sure by the time this post is Reed that supervisor will be looking for a new job after the way he acted over a simple return. It’s unfortunate. Nowadays people can’t just do their jobs be respectful and act professional.

If I could give this specific location higher stars, I would I’ve been here multiple times every time every employee has been above and beyond pleasant and helpful, and the store has been spotless, and the shelves have always been full… TODAY I’m thankful for Saui for processing a ABS Check and then Going above and beyond and confirming what my need to be checked by mechanic … so Professional Pedro next review give Saui a raise.

My experience is bad right there the dm maileen Correa she is the dm that don’t respect her employees and that he don’t know how to treat them and she think that she the mother screaming at them in front of everyone that why people talk bad about autozone and she got a lot employees form autozone fired because they don’t stay quiet when she talk to them with attitude and with not respect my complain here is about her not with the employees on the store I call cooperate and I hope they call me back and take care the issues because I will bring this more up because no body is going to disrespect my son the way that she did everyone in that store don’t like her because she don’t know how to treat them I will escalate the situation is they don’t do something about because she didn’t like the way my son to talk to her she fire him and everyone there knows what really happen but they scared to talk because they think that they going to fire them because the need the job but she not a good dm they should change her put somebody that treat the customer right and appreciate what they do
