  DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I scheduled an appointment for a muffler to be installed on my daughter’s car at 1PM on a Friday. It had just failed inspection and needed a new muffler to pass. My daughter brought her car in and they told her it would be $900 to do it the next day or $1500 to have it done same day. She was stunned because she was told around $400 previously. She called me and I said well just schedule for tomorrow and get it over with because every other place we called couldn’t do it until the following week. She went back in and they said well tomorrow it’s $1500 also because we can’t get the parts. She called me back in tears and I told her to get out of that place. I could go on and on but they were 1000% scamming a young girl in a waitressing uniform with no other options. Horrible business ethic. Fun fact she went to Lou’s Custom Exhaust in Worcester and had the entire thing done for $350 parts and labor … they quoted $400. They could have charged her $400 and she would have been thrilled after the nightmare this place put her through but they took care of her because she is a young girl just doing her best.
