  New resident here, I asked my electrician, who had been working on my house, if he knew where I should take my 14 year Rav 4 for maintenance. The old girl is going strong, but I was afraid that a new mechanic might come up with a hundred bogus issues. Immediately, he recommended that I go to Diamond because they are honest, trustworthy, and will not overcharge. He was right. Their five point inspection revealed no issues except the faulty installation of a filter from the last oil change before them. Everyone was kind and supportive.

  New loyal customer to the shop love their transparency and patience and very nice people that work there All my mechanic needs are Met and even though they are working on one specific job, they take their time to go throughout the car to find any other issues and with that being said, they definitely found a forever customer❤️

  I have been going to Diamond Auto for two years and everytime I go there I have a positive experience. Dave is really nice guy and very fair. The mechanics are great and explain what is wrong with the car and what has to be done. Crystal is very pleasant and does a great job at the desk. The second time I went there for an oil change, Dave came out and told me that I didn’t have enough miles on my car to do an oil change. He checked the fluids and tires etc. and didn’t charge me. Not many other repair shops would do that. Last week I was there to have a hose in my engine replaced that a squirrel had chewed it up. Due to some unexpected delays I had to wait longer than expected. Dave apologized for the delay and only charged me for the part. He even offered me lunch. These are great people to do business with and I intend to bring my car there all the time.
