I got home and there was a large bolt sticking out of my tire. I filed a claim and talked to the owner expecting valvoline to cover the cost of a patch/new tire and he agreed only to not answer my message afterwards. I know that the bolt could have come from anywhere but I noticed the clicking as soon as I pulled off the lot. I understand it was just a mishap but probably won’t come back because of this experience.

- TETim EngJul 23, 20265.0I highly recommend the Valvoline Oil Change staff in Somerville! I felt like I was in a Formula One race car and the crew was quick and paid attention to detail. One of the crew noticed and pointed out a frayed windshield wiper that needed to be replaced. I had my oil, transmission fluid and rear crankcase fluid drained and replaced for my SUV’s 195k maintenance and was able to skirt out of there before rush hour traffic piled up!

Valvoline needs to do better on training their employees on how to treat customers!!!!! I would NOT recommend this location at all as long as you have people like that working there. I paid for a service and he didn't even do what was required. I should have not paid in advance before all inspections were done. I'm going to report them to better business bureau. Also should not be racist!
