  This charging station is terrible. The charging cable got stuck in my car. I tried everything and contacted customer support, but nobody answered. I waited on hold for 30 minutes and finally gave up. All they did was take my money. I would not recommend this station. Very disappointing experience.

  Entire station has been down for months and customer service gives zero updates. The other one in Boston is also down- the whole station.

  Normally these are great but they've been down over a month and evgo only ever says they're working on it. Considering they've had others down in the area for months at a time I'd say forget these exist. Evgo lost its contract with the state of MA because of their lousy maintenance record. That seemingly continues until today. If you have a tesla adaptor, those are plentiful in the area. Also there are a ton of level 2 chargepoint stations all over the city if you have more time. There are also a lot of other fast charging companies in the area, too, so you have options.
