    Entire station has been down for months and customer service gives zero updates. The other one in Boston is also down- the whole station.

    Normally these are great but they've been down over a month and evgo only ever says they're working on it. Considering they've had others down in the area for months at a time I'd say forget these exist. Evgo lost its contract with the state of MA because of their lousy maintenance record. That seemingly continues until today. If you have a tesla adaptor, those are plentiful in the area. Also there are a ton of level 2 chargepoint stations all over the city if you have more time. There are also a lot of other fast charging companies in the area, too, so you have options.

    great location near me, but the speed never gets even close to the max advertized charging speed.

    Great EVgo station for the area. Everything looks quite new and the charging session was good. Plenty of room to park to work around your EV's charging port location. There is also a supermarket near by so you are charge and shop.
