  I had my car serviced here earlier this year for a routine oil change. Not long afterward, I noticed oil leaking onto my garage floor, but I didn’t realize where it was coming from at first. Eventually, my car displayed a low engine oil warning, so I took it to another Mazda dealer. The technician at the second store told me that a component related to the oil change had not been reinstalled properly, which caused the oil leak. This was a completely preventable mistake that could have led to serious engine damage if I hadn’t had the car checked when the warning light came on. A routine oil change should never result in an oil leak or a low oil warning. Instead, I had to pay another shop to diagnose and fix the issue, deal with oil leaking in my garage, and worry about potential damage to my engine. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the work and would not recommend this shop.

  visited the dealership because I was very interested in a pre-owned vehicle and was genuinely ready to purchase it. Troy was my salesperson, and while he was fine to work with, he let me know he wouldn’t be there later and introduced me to a manager . Unfortunately, that interaction completely changed my impression of the dealership. The manager barely looked up from his phone, never stood to greet me, and gave me the feeling that I wasn’t a valued customer. It may have seemed like a small interaction, but first impressions matter, and this one left a lasting impression on me.

  Stopped in last week with my 18 Mazda for a key issue. Mel and the guys in service took awesome care of me. The technician sent a video explaining the issue and what was involved to correct it. Melissa maintained communication throughout the whole process to keep me informed. It's really hard these days to find a reputable shop nevermind a dealership that takes care of your vehicle and the customer. But I'm happy I found these guys and they have all my business.

  Was told a car was available on the lot via a phone call and an E-mail, drove 40 miles to be told it was sold yesterday. What I got was the excuse the computer updates slowly.
