  On Monday, 4/27/2026 our Mazda CX30 was at the dealership. Car would not start and we needed diagnostics done to determine the issue. Rather then have us wait, a loaner was provided to us. Later that afternoon, we got the call that the battery needed to be replaced. It had to be done, so the work was authorized. Work was done quickly and all is fine. This dealership is the best. Highly recommended for their outstanding service.

  The service group is extremely friendly and the work was completed in a timely manner. Their customer seating area is very clean and comfortable with plenty of charging ports available and a nice Keurig machine for drinks.

  I always have great service here but today it was exceptional. Firestone told me I needed four new tires and they couldn’t patch the tire. The only reason I went there was because there were no appointments here. I called and James/Jim said bring it in a we will patch it. They were about to close and I had somewhere to be so he left my keys on visor when done and sent the bill for $28 I will never go anywhere else!

  My experience at Ira Mazda today was truly 10 out of 10. I arrived late, but the team welcomed me like a VIP. Someone opened the door for me, greeted me warmly, and immediately made me feel that they were there to help. You can really feel when a place genuinely cares about its customers, and the team at Ira Mazda does an amazing job creating that atmosphere. I came in because a dashboard light had stopped working. Marvin Besley from the service department looked at it and solved the issue in literally one minute. I was honestly impressed. What I thought would be a frustrating problem turned into the easiest service visit I’ve ever had. Thank you, Marvin, and thank you to the entire Ira Mazda team for the professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service. You truly made my day.
