RAY-RAY it's a very great store manager and unbelievable mechanic. He is a multitasker and able to do multiple things at once. He's Customer orientated and takes care of his customers. Highly recommend recommended.

You pay over 300 for valve senses second drive it 36 miles light goes off negative there should be no light period stop the ex uses Jay the most absolutely ignorance of over talking when a customer calls second if I swear because someone walked into my home without permission he claims perfanity one stop listening to my back ground air hustling my homes conversation Jay will be reported to cooperate your line records calls so doesn't my cellphone i have never had a disrespectful call he cuts you off when you try to get a word in he needs to be removed customer alway correct and for the tone ect very bad for mavis ..truck will be corrected properly you don't pick a vehicle up and lights still on then they say do this it will go away negative

I went in to get my oil changed and get my tire looked at as I had ran over a nail. I let them know it was my back left tire. All seemed fine it took about an hour and I paid for the services. I made a comment that I was happy the nail came out and was patchable. The person at the counter made it seem like it was a pretty easy fix. I then walked out to my car to see the nail was still embedded in the back left tire and there were chalk marks around it. I turned around and walked back in and stated the nail was still in my tire. In fact that is all I stated was “The nail is still in my tire.” I did probably sound upset and my tone of voice would have indicated I was not pleased, however, I did not say anything more than that. I was met with the comment that it wasn’t a personal attack against me and that “it just happens sometimes”. Which frankly did not help the situation. It in fact made me more concerned that it “just happens sometimes” and that this is a regular occurrence. I was also concerned as we had just talked about my cars tire being an easy fix as I was being told I needed a new tire due to where the nail was. They also proceeded to ask me if I had been the one to draw chalk around the nail. I did not and let them know that they must have seen the nail to draw chalk around it. I do not think they did this in anyway to be malicious. I do however, think that the staff were lacking professionalism, knowledge of what was actually happening in the shop and, experience in fixing vehicles. The person at the front did offer other options and I ultimately decided to just have the money refunded as they ran into other road blocks with just getting the new tire. I am glad they talked to me before charging me over $100 for lug-nuts and they did tip my tire off with air as, is able to hold air. I however will be finding another shop to replace my tire as this place seems like they have no idea what is going on. Please be aware that you may be charged for services that they say they did and in fact did not do. If you catch it they will refund you but some things are hard to catch if you don’t know. Super disappointing!

Ray Ray was truly amazing. When we first came in, we were frustrated and stressed about our tire issues, but he immediately made us feel welcome. He was patient, knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely cared about helping us find a solution. What started as a frustrating situation turned into a great experience thanks to him. By the end, we were smiling, laughing, and leaving with everything taken care of. His customer service was top notch and his positive energy made all the difference. As a Boricua, I have to say he brought me right back home, he treated us like family warm, respectful, and with a great sense of humor. That’s something you truly never forget.
