  Called and asked if they would patch or plug my tire because there was a nail in it. They said yes. There was two workers just walking around outside but they never looked at my tire, they just told me it would be 2 hours and to come back later. 3 hours later, 8 minutes before close they called and said “sorry I never looked at your tire before I can’t patch or plug these tires because they are bald” (I totally get that part). So they tried to sell me tires and I said no because they refused to only replace the single tire. Well they did leave my car- completely flat, never filled the tire, and no where near the air pump. We plugged the tire all on our own, no issues. A waste of time and poor communication.

  Came in on mothers day, was in a pinch. Explained to Dymani my situation and he was able to make sure i was back on the road safe and with everything I needed. Gracious for the team here.

  It's happened to all of us...you walk into a shop and things just don't feel right from the get-go. Always listen to your gut! First, there was no greeting, not even a good morning. Then, they put a walk-in ahead of me even though I had an appointment, and I had to wait almost an hour just to get started. Once they did get to me, the price he gave was 30% higher than the estimate I had. When I questioned why the manager's response was a cut and dry, "They always make mistakes...this is the price...if you don't like it you're welcome to leave." I should have, but I had taken the day off to have my tires replaced, so I took a breath and stayed. Bad mistake. Long story short, they are rude, short staffed, and a simple NEW tire installation and balancing on pristine rims needed me to return THREE times (balance was off as soon as I got on the highway, and a few days later I realized one tire wasn't sealed properly). Rough from the start. I wholeheartedly do not recommend them.

  Made an appt online to have brakes looked at and when I got there they said that there was no one there to do breaks. So then why was I able to make an appointment online. Bit of advice to anybody making appointments online for this place make sure that you call ahead very disappointing

  This shop is always busy and everyone is always polite, patient, and helpful; even when they’re slammed. They’ve been very solution oriented if any concerns have come up around any previous work that was done there. This past visit, I was helped by Ray-Ray. He was extremely professional and was able to fit me in on short notice. He has always been extremely kind and clearly communicative when he’s helped me. Much appreciated!
