I came in needing a new battery and he helped right away—found the right one and explained my options clearly with no pressure. He also suggested a simple, inexpensive kit to help prevent corrosion, which I appreciated. He installed the new battery, made sure everything was taken care of, and was patient, efficient, and just a genuinely kind person: something you don’t come across often these days. Walter really went above and beyond. Definitely recommend this location.

I went through five wiper blades, innumerable attachments, and 90 minutes of struggle - in the RAIN - and Walter and the other folks at auto zone were so kind and helpful through it all. Walter helped me troubleshoot, swap attachments, find videos, and was just generally a person who made me feel not crazy about how much we were both struggling. My newly installed wipers work perfectly, I feel much better driving in the spring rain. The customer service from everyone working this evening was above and beyond. I was a difficult customer and they made me feel like no trouble at all. I can't thank you enough. I'm a Bosch and Autozone customer for life. I hope you didn't get too cold out there, Walter. Thanks again. ✨
