  Fast oil change. Nice customer service. They're going to try to upsell you, so heads up. Told me my wipers were bad but I put new ones on 3 weeks ago. I get they're doing their job, so not hate towards the team there. Customer service was polite and well mannered. They presented themselves well, looked clean, or about as clean as you would expect them to be when they do oil changes all day.

  I’ve been coming here for the past two years, and every visit has been a great experience. I know I can always count on receiving the best service and being welcomed with positive attitudes. This morning, I came in for an oil change, and every team member was respectful, professional, and welcoming. They all greeted me with a genuine “Good morning,” and that positive energy truly made my day. I especially want to recognize Zeek. I was surprised to learn he’s only been here for two months because he carries himself with such professionalism, kindness, and confidence. He provided outstanding customer service. I had a rough night last night, and this experience completely lifted my spirits. Sometimes a simple smile and kind greeting can make a big difference, and your team did exactly that. Thank you to Zeek and the entire team for consistently providing excellent customer service. I truly appreciate all that you do, and I’ll continue recommending this location to others.   Extremely Disappointed. I brought my 6-month-old vehicle to Valvoline in Seekonk on June 12 for a routine oil change. Since it was an extremely hot day and my A/C was working perfectly, I also decided to pay for an antifreeze/coolant flush and replacement as an additional preventive maintenance service. Immediately after that coolant service, my A/C began blowing hot air, something it had never done before. I contacted Valvoline Customer Care, and they opened a case for me. When I returned to the Seekonk location, I expected them to inspect the vehicle and determine what had gone wrong. Instead, before anyone even looked under the hood, an employee met me as I was pulling into the parking lot and told me I “just needed antifreeze” and that it wasn’t something they do. That explanation made no sense considering I had just paid Valvoline to perform a coolant flush and refill. No inspection was performed before reaching that conclusion. Since then, the problem has become much worse. My vehicle now steams whenever I drive over approximately 30 mph, indicating there is likely a coolant system issue that started after the service. Whether it was an improperly completed coolant flush, a loose hose connection, damage to a hose or radiator connection, or another issue related to the service, something clearly changed immediately after my visit. I contacted Valvoline Customer Care again, and they escalated the matter as an emergency case, assuring me that the manager of the Seekonk location would contact me within 24–48 hours. That never happened. I am now left with a nearly new vehicle that I no longer feel comfortable driving, no communication from management, and a problem that began immediately after a service I trusted Valvoline to perform. I expected accountability, professionalism, and at the very least a proper inspection of my vehicle. Instead, I was dismissed without anyone taking the time to investigate the issue. I hope Valvoline takes this complaint seriously because this experience has completely destroyed my confidence in this location

  Never put air in my tires which is usually done. One of the hoses was disconnected from my windshield fluid, which he said he would check never did. The young man who changed my oil never said a word. Not that he had to I suppose. They never showed me the dipstick Which they usually do. Not the service that I’m use to getting from this location and there was no one waiting.
