  I live in Peabody and always go to the Saugus location because always treated well and I have never had an issue with work that’s done. Started off years ago in one of the Peabody locations and would never go back!!!

  Very unhelpful and rude. Refused to help when I was stranded on route 1. It was 2 hours before closing, and apparently all the mechanics had gone home. No tires in stock. Look at a map. There is another tire store within 5 minutes that is so much nicer. Go there! I would VERY happily have purchased a new tire, but I was told that they "don't keep tires in stock."

  Been here a few times in the past. Some of the guys that work there are condescending. The work is overpriced too.

  These guys are so nice, professional, and they work fast! I had an extremely bad day that ended with an even worse situation with my tire. I pulled in 30 minutes before they closed. The issue was my fault, and I just pulled in here looking for help/advice. They were extremely kind and helpful, dealing with my stress/emotions professionally and with a lot of empathy. They helped me out and fixed my tires up better than ever within 24 hours. I'm very appreciative of the service itself and also the kindness that was shown to me during a difficult moment. Thank you so much!
