I previously got new tires and had a problem with one of the wheels. No questions asked and no problems, they took care of it. Definition of clutch!

I’m not knowledgeable about cars, so I pulled off into the parking lot near the shop and went inside to see if someone could look at the car. A man named Dio came out and immediately offered to help. He brought the car into the shop, removed the metal, and inspected it to make sure it was undamaged— all for no charge. Dio was exceptionally kind and went out of his way to help a stranger. I’m so impressed by Mavis Tire and would highly recommend them as company that puts customer service and kindness first!

Immediately, I called a few places but everywhere was too busy for 1 tire. That’s when I called Mavis on rt1. Dio at the front desk quickly took my call. Just when I thought I was in for a lousy day, he was able to get me a little time for the repair. In less than an hour from calling, I was back on the road!! It’s thanks to professionals like this team that we can rapidly resolve car issues and get back to our lives. Thank you so much Dio for being diligent and empathetic. I highly recommend this place and will be back next time.

Took it there for a simple alignment and had a 1230 pm appointment and they took it at 157 for an alignment and sent it back out at 212( not an alignment) takea at least 45 minutes I've been told. It's a safety issue on all counts. That was Monday the 27th. Called that day stated that now the air bag light keeps blinking on and off,
