  5/5 Stars Huge shoutout to Megan and the team at Sullivan Tire in Sandwich! I brought my truck in late on a Saturday with what turned out to be a screw in my tire. Even though they were completely slammed and closing for the weekend, Megan went above and beyond and offered to have the crew stay late so I wouldn’t be left without a vehicle over the weekend. They stayed almost an hour past closing to thoroughly inspect every tire, spray them down to check for leaks, properly patch and cement the bad tire, and get me safely back on the road. Outstanding customer service and total honesty from the desk to the bay. Thanks again, Megan—I’ll definitely be back!

  Spoke with tom over the phone a few times and he was udderly disrespectful and copped an attitude almost imeadiatly, very unprofesional. He needs to be talked to in regards to his customer service.

  Yesterday, my sister and I were leaving the Cape for a memorial in Boston. The pesky check tire pressure light kept coming on which we wanted to ignore because we were running late but, the next thing we know, we drove past Sullivan’s in Sandwich and decided it was a sign to stop. Within minutes we were being helped, and after only a few minutes more, they were already able to determine that our tire was so damaged that the air wasn’t going to hold. We are about to give up on going to the memorial since a spare was not going to get us to Boston and back. But, with about a half an hour until closing time, their team said they could get us new tires (which they also determined were needed) and have us safely on our way. We were able to make it to the memorial which we were beyond grateful that we were able to attend. Thank you, Sullivan Tires of Sandwich for the fast and friendly customer service!

  Very nice and friendly crew. Came in with a screw in my tire with no appt. I was told I may have to wait but that it would be attended to. I was in and out within an hour and a half. Quite acceptable and a more than pleasant waiting area. A good experience overall!

  Thanks for taking care of me and giving me awesome advice about my tires. It was during a very stressful time for us and yous guys didn’t give me any additional stress! Thank you so much and the work was perfect such a smooth drive now :)
