  Survey Comment: Very satisfied with the young man who handled our service. He stood apart with his friendly personality, sincere smile, and knowledge about our service. The manager did a great job too. When we arrived there was a problem with the car in front of us in the middle bay. Our service person noticed we had waited quite a while. We were moved his bay’ line once he noticed. He went above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service. The tension in the middle bay was palpable, others were working on that cars problem. I am sorry but I cant remember our service person’s name. He kept his cool. We were in the bay farthest from the office on 6/9/26. Great job! Your company should be proud that this young man is the face of your business. We will be back!

  The Valvoline staff are terrific, Nick has serviced my Mazda several times. He is always professional. Last October I bought new tires from a well known franchise. I was at Valvoline for an oil change a week later. Nick told me two of the tires had very low pressure and added more air. I went back to that tire store three times before they replaced two stems on new tires. Nick was right and that’s why I will go back to Valvoline for service again.

  I came in last week for an oil change. They must have forgotten to tighten the cap on the oil tank/pan. The next time I used the car, a couple of days later, on the highway the plug popped out and I lost all my oil. Engine was in danger of failing. I was stranded on Rt128. A helpful AAA man found me a new plug and refilled the oil (it's not the right oil, but all he could find). I want some kind of recourse as this was Valvoline's (potentially much worse) error. I went back to Valvoline today to tell them what happened. Not only did they not take responsibility for the error, they basically told me, because of the helpful AAA guy, "no harm, no foul." I have been going to this Valvoline for a long time, and each time I leave a glowing review and even referred friends. Now, they've lost me as a customer simply because they couldn't admit they screwed up. I guess this is the current state of our culture: if you can get away with it, anything goes.

  i was there for 55 minutes. Never had I had such a poor experience. No one was watching the flow of cars as one of the bays had an issue. That I understand. No one watched how cars should get their service and before I finally spoke up 2 cars that had arrived after me were getting. serviced. Awful experience. Been a customer for many years but very unhappy that I was there for almost an hour.
