  Had an excellent experience here! Went here for a complex puncture in my tire and these guys fixed it up nicely and were great people overall!

  The person at the front desk completely ignored me for a few minutes while he was typing on the computer, didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Then, I had to ask “is this the place to check in” just to get him to look up. Then, after waiting for another few minutes for him to for him to search for my tires online, a white man comes in and cuts in front of me to address his car that was already being worked on, without hesitation, the employee stopped helping me and walked out with the other guy. I ended up leaving and I’m not coming back.

  Made an appointment days in advance. Left work early to drive half an hour on a spare tire to get there. After waiting for 10 mins before someone finally came to the counter, I was told they were overbooked (despite the appointment) and that they didn't even have the correct tires. Huge waste of time.

  I had a tire emergency on a Saturday morning. I called Goodyear in Roslindale and they were able to help me no problem! Alex at the front desk was very kind and helpful. He was very busy and remained polite and patient with everyone. I was given honest and thoughtful information and my car was ready in 1.5 hours!
