  They're nice at first but as soon as you try to point out blemishes and issues with a vehicle they'll immediately not be as accommodating. They're looking for easy sales and people who will give that to them. Offered 2k under and a couple was waiting behind us for the same car so they just passed us up as soon as possible. Well the couple behind us offered even less and just left lol. Messaged us after we left to try to talk again but nope, went to another Volvo dealer and got much better service. Obviously it's different times with covid but just at least act like you know how to provide good customer service. They require mask which is something I agree with, but how about your employees actually wear them correctly and not by the neck like a scarf if that's what you're requiring people to do.
