  So I went with a friend to buy a 2017 hyundai santa fe. Went there, the color of the interior was not what it said online, even on the car sticker. It was listed as grey, it was tan. Test drove it, still liked it beyond the color issue and the scratches. Since it was less then expected or listed we offered less then 23.5k. Started getting a terrible sales pitch. Claiming it had 6.5k already taken off (it was listed as being $1600 below market, if the interior color was accurate) so we still ended up offering 22k. Was turned down. We left. They called us the next day, and then over the phone started saying hey comeback at the same price we turned down lol same bad sales pitch saying we could make money if we sold it later. We ended up buying a different one for less else where. Fast forward 21 days, the car is still for sale now listed at $21,995. Moral of this story...be straight up on the cars you sell and their value

  John was great. As a new Volvo owner, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I really appreciated his knowledge and communication during my visit. I was beyond impressed.
