I just bought a pre-owned Volvo via Ira South Shore. There are 2 things I'd like to commend the Ira team for. First, the professional and helpful demeaner of the team. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Pedro and Werak. Second, I live out of state so I was worried about how I would get the purchased car back in state legally. The Ira team delivered the car to me (3+ hours away!!) and ensured it was properly registered at the DMV (another 2 hours!) with me. Cannot thank Pedro Mercante Neto enough for the car delivery effort!

The staff was friendly and talked me through each part of my service. At checkout, they applied a coupon for me since I had my service done on a Saturday. The waiting area was inviting. The entire location was very clean.

Excellent service right from the start! Kaif our salesman was super knowledgeable and answered all our questions on the spot. Great showroom , with an added bonus of a handsome , Chill French bulldog named Whiskey is indeed a welcome sight for dog lovers. Quick service, friendly atmosphere. Would do it all again!
