  This is the Valvoline I use the most, and I have never had any issues at this location! Everyone is always kind and professional and the 15 minute oil change is almost always actually 15 minutes.

  I had Miguel, Manny, and Lucas working. Their customers service communication style was excellent. Miguel explained every with patience and empathy. I felt seen and valued. I could see how Manny and Lucas were making sure that every is done with excellent, with a smile on their faces. This is a kind of service that makes me recommend everyone i know to this location .

  The team was very efficient, very friendly, and only replaced items that I confirmed could be replaced, even though most needed to be replaced. They were also very nice to my miniature dachshund that was running errands with me and trying to make friends in the car. 15 out of 10 experience.

  Great experience with Ryan and the 2 other guys that worked on my Cadillac xt6. Ryan was very informative, professional, and friendly. I was in and out with a full synthetic oil change, lights/blinker check, washer fluid added and air filter exterior and cabin changed in 20 minutes max and I didn’t have to leave my car.

  I recently visited the Valvoline in Revere and had a great overall experience. The service was warm, friendly, quick, and efficient from start to finish. The team was professional, welcoming, and made the whole process easy and stress free. I was in and out quickly and everything was handled smoothly. I recommend this location.
