  Ah, yes — the legendary “fast” charging experience at EVgo. A tale for the ages. If patience is a virtue, then this charging station is practically a monastery. I arrived with optimism, lured in by the bold claim of “fast charging.” Fast, apparently, in the same way a tortoise considers itself a sprinter. I’ve seen glaciers with a stronger sense of urgency. Plugged in, I watched the battery percentage climb with all the enthusiasm of a Monday morning. At one point, I genuinely considered aging in place next to the charger. And yet, the true masterpiece here is not the speed — it’s the price. Oh, the price. You’re not just paying for electricity; you’re apparently funding a small renaissance project. For the amount charged, I expected at least a complimentary espresso, a shoulder massage, and perhaps a handwritten apology. To call this a “fast charging station” is less a description and more a work of fiction. Shakespeare himself would admire the creativity. In conclusion: if you have nowhere to be, enjoy existential reflection, and feel like donating generously for the privilege — this is your spot. Otherwise, you might have better luck plugging your car into a potato.

  5th time was a charm. Got 3 failures on one charger, gave up tried another one, it failed twice then charged my Hertz rental car before return.

  Hertz is hogging all the fast chargers as seen in the photo. Not cool
