  Having been a customer of the old location in Everett for many years (even after moving to Maine), I came back several times recently to this dealership in its newer location. In particular, to purchase a used police bike, which I'm interested in for several reasons, particularly to create a tribute bike for my mother, who loved Harley Davidsons since she was a young girl, with many stories to tell of her experiences. I had found the one I was looking for at another dealership and had it sold out from under me. Therefore , I was hoping to find one at this dealership where I had previous experience as well. Unfortunately, though I had been very clear about what I really wanted to buy, I was pushed towards new motorcycles that were not really what I was interested in. Sadly, a trade came in. That was exactly what I wanted, however, the salesman who was working with me for a few months now sold it to someone else. It seems as though no matter how hard I try. I cannot get somebody to sell me what I want. I have owned, and still do, many businesses in my life and can assure your that this would be completely unacceptable. As much as product availability, pricing and service are tremendously important.The bottom line is the relationship with the customer. Do better...

  I just picked up my 2026 Road Glide. Devin was awesome with helping me find the perfect ride. Was smooth and the team couldn't have been more friendly. They were as excited to see me on my new bike as I was to drive it away. Great Day.

  Took my bike in for my 25k service. Chris was awesome as usual. I got an appointment that worked for my schedule. Check in was fast. Staff was great, as usual. Chris kept me informed about additional services needed and the cost, and let me know when my bike was ready. Pick up was fast. Bike looked great and ran flawlessly. I am never taking my bike anywhere else for service.
