  The manager there treated me with absolutely no respect; he swore at me and called me an "immigrant" and "filthy." He was an older man with white hair who also spoke Spanish. The management of that place really needs to take a closer look at the staff they are hiring.

  I am giving 4 stars for the store manager Julio and him only!!! I came to the store, walked in and asked if they could swap my battery out when I purchased a new one (I’ve gotten it done before at this exact location) I was told by a worker in a grey shirt that they “don’t do that because the battery is under the hood” that made absolutely no sense to me so I just asked for a jump since my car was dead in their parking lot. The guy attempted to jump my car unsuccessfully and then went back in the store without any further discussion. I went back in and asked a different store worker if they could then test my battery to be sure it was indeed my battery. While he was testing it I asked “do you guys swap out batteries?” To which he responded “yes, as long as you purchase the battery here” so of course I was a little taken a back and said “well then why did that other guy just tell me you guys don’t do that”… this guy knew that other worker lied to me. I asked if he could take care of me further since he was honest with me. I purchased the battery from him and then he comes outside and said “my coworker in the grey shirt will come out to help you I have to make a delivery”. My response was “I don’t want him helping me when he just lied straight to my face, he obviously doesn’t wanna change the battery and I don’t want him half assing it”.. he just apologized and got in his car to make his delivery. At this point I’ve been there an hour going back and forth w these two different workers. I finally went back in and found the store manager Julio.. I simply asked him if he could help me swap out the battery without mentioning anything else because I didn’t want that negative review to steer anyone else away from helping me. He met me with a smile, asked what kind of car I had and swapped out the battery no questions asked! Although this experience started out extremely frustrating I believe (because I’m a woman and this guy didn’t wanna work today) Julio finished the job and I was on my way. I am extremely thankful for Julio for coming out and helping me but I am disappointed at the other employees lying and saying they don’t do that. If I ever go back I will be asking for Julio only.
