I had to do my own tax, title, reg, and emissions on a brand-new car (or wait an extra week for them to do it), had to go back to the dealer multiple times. Even at my scheduled final pick-up time, my salesperson made me wait 30 minutes while she helped another customer. My time was not respected. I'll buy my next car somewhere else.

- DWdonna williamsMay 4, 20261.0I recently had service which consisted of tire rotation and a oil change. On my way to NY the rear passenger tire blew off the rim. The service manager making it seem like it's my fault, when the tire was dry rot and they just did service on my car. This is unacceptable. I could have been hurt. And they're brushing it off. Either they need new service people or refund my $ back. It's all about safety. And they're not taking any responsibility for the insufficient service. I've been dealing with this Particular Toyota dealership since 2015 and now I'll take my business elsewhere. Be careful driving on the highway especially when you're servicing your car with route 44. I'll find another
- JBJeff BernardoneApr 22, 20265.0My wife and I went back to Aiden again because our beautiful Rav 4 Hybrid that Aiden helped us secure was totaled. Rav 4's are at higher rates right now, due to the revamp in only hybrids. They is only used available with not much in savings. So Aiden showed us the differences with Corolla Cross. "Baby Rav" We now have a reliable new vehicle similar to our beloved Rav. Our daughter can travel safely now. Aiden made the process as quick and painless as possible. As long as he's at Route 44 Toyota we will be long term customers!
