Highly Recommend this place. The easiest car-buying experience I've gone through in my life. No stress or malarky (unlike other dealers on rt44). Very kind and courteous staff. They set me up with Dylan, who walked me through everything, and made the process simple and stress-free. I wasn't even planning on buying that day, but the deals and the experience there, as well as the product Mazda is putting out completely sealed the deal. Even after my purchase, they were very attentive to make sure i was happy with my purchase. Save yourself a lot of time and effort, just go to Mastria.

We recently bought a 2023 Mazda CX-9 from Mastria Mazda in Raynham, MA, and this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had with a dealership. We drove 1.5 hours from Connecticut because we were looking for an SUV for our growing family of 4. At first, everything was great. Our salesman Dylan was polite, informative, and let us take the car for a test drive with our family. We agreed on a price and told them we would be using our own financing through USAA, which we’ve used before without any issues. We were told the only issue would be that it might take a little longer for them to receive the funds. My husband handled most of the communication throughout the process. Our bank sent the dealership everything they needed on July 25th, but the paperwork was delayed for days. Ryan, the finance manager, eventually admitted, “We dropped the ball on this one.” Once the paperwork was finally sent, USAA found that the bill of sale and financing amount were off by $300. My husband spent basically an entire day going back and forth with Ryan, and it eventually took a THREE-WAY CALL between our bank and the dealership to get everything corrected. On August 4th, we were told they had received the funds and just needed to schedule the DMV appointment. Then we were told the person who handles the appointments wasn’t there. The next day, we were told he was out on the road. When the appointment was finally made, it was for AUGUST 11TH — almost another full week later. At this point, we were extremely frustrated and my husband asked to speak with a manager. His request was basically ignored, so he found the sales manager himself and called Michael Luu. After explaining everything we had gone through, Michael’s response was that if we didn’t want to wait, they could refund our down payment and send the money back to USAA. After spending over $34,000 at the dealership, we found that response extremely disrespectful. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable. We simply wanted them to fix the problems and help us get the vehicle we had already paid for. We finally went to the DMV on August 11th, where there were STILL issues with the title paperwork that took another hour to fix. And after all of that, we got to the car and it wasn’t even detailed like we were told it would be. There was dirt and water stains on the seats and dust all over the dash. We LOVE Mazda and have had good experiences with Mazda vehicles in the past. Our problem is with this dealership and the way this entire transaction was handled. Dylan was never rude, but we constantly had to chase for updates. Ryan admitted they dropped the ball, but the paperwork was still wrong. And Michael Luu’s response as a sales manager was extremely disappointing. The car itself is great. The experience of buying it was absolutely terrible. We will never do business with Mastria Mazda again. If you’re considering buying from them, I would strongly recommend doing your research and paying very close attention to every step of the process.

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Mastria Mazda. I am giving them 5 stars, without question! We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Mastria Mazda with our daughter, and the level of service we received from Thomas Belliveau was truly exceptional. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and incredibly patient with my husband's incessant questions! Tom's personality made him such a pleasure to work with, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. We have purchased and leased many vehicles over the years, and we have never experienced this level of care and professionalism. Kenney was amazing every time we walked through the door and Ryan was equally helpful in walking us through our extended warranty options. Thank you to Thomas Belliveau and everyone at Mastria Mazda for making our experience—and the entire process—as easy, quick, and painless as possible. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Thank you!

We have had an amazing experience at Mastria Mazda and working with Santiago. We feared entering the dreaded car buying experience. But we have been pleasantly surprised that Mazda and its staff aren’t the norm. We were welcomed in the door in a friendly manner and introduced to Santiago who is a kind , knowledgeable gentleman and salesman. He listened to our needs and helped narrow down our search to find the perfect match for us. He followed up but did not pressure or hound us. When we approached him via email for a quote on our desired model and trim, he responded quickly. We was transparent and fair. His communication was on target. For those reasons, we came to an agreement and were able to sign papers today without any issues.Even the financing/warranty rep was not pushy and listened to us without any pressure. He simply informed us of the warranty and moved on. We would recommend anyone interested in a no-pressure car purchase experience to visit Mastria Mazda and ask for Santiago.

I bought a 2023 CX-5 2.5S (base) in December 2022 at MSRP. Shortly before I took delivery, the staff gave me a registration for a car that wasn’t the one I was buying and I had to wait several days to collect the updated registration, which not only was registered to the wrong person, but had the wrong color. The team also did not inspect the car and I had to take it for state inspection elsewhere. Got this fixed after a few weeks and generally had no problems whatsoever with my car. Fast forward to now. A few weeks ago I received an offer letter offering me a bunch of money for said CX-5, so I decided to check it out. Additionally, while I was having service done at a different dealer, I was told MASTRIA had added “tires for life” to my VIN, and that I should find out more about that. First I call and speak to the service department where, after being batted around to different people for about 10 minutes, Gladys from Monsters Inc picks up the phone. She cannot and will not give me a straight answer about what tires for life means. Fine. I go in later that week to inquire about the letter and ask about tires for life in person. First came tires for life - I was told no cars since 2018 have it, to which I responded “then why is it added to a 2023?”, before I was told it was either an “accounting trick” or “invalid since I hadn’t done all my service at MASTRIA”. I do my own oil changes, are you kidding me? Fine. One last chance. What kind of deal can you make me for a new car? Well, unfortunately for them I had cross shopped with Ira and they couldn’t even come close to what Ira offered. Oh, and of course, all of these visits are sprinkled with hours of waiting in the dealer waiting to be addressed. Not only did they lose the sale because they couldn’t make a deal, they lost the sale because their consistently flippant attitude took away any desire to do business whatsoever. Don’t waste your time, skip MASTRIA Mazda. Poor customer service and will treat you like a walking dollar sign rather than a driver.
