  Great overall experience. Service Advisor (Nicole S.) went above and beyond to assist and helped get the best possible price for the services I was requesting during my last visit. Would recommend and have had our GM vehicles serviced at Mastria for the past nine years.

  In for an oil change and tire rotation - was told on check-out they didn’t rotate tires because they could not find the wheel lock and they don’t own one (even tho Mastria put the tires on when I bought the car) the mechanic “couldn’t find the wheel lock in the vehicle even after looking in the glove box, center console and trunk”. I got home and looked in the wheel well with the spare tire and there was the wheel lock, exactly where it should be. Frustrating.
