I dropped my truck off for 3 days, and no one even looked at it, even though I made the appointment two weeks prior. I had to call on Friday, knowing their techs don't work weekends. They told me I could pick up the truck and drive it. Then, the following week, I tried to drop it off again and was told the tech was on vacation that week. They told me to bring it in that Thursday, I think, but then I got a call saying he had jury duty that he just found out about the night before. So, I dropped it off Friday to get it looked at, and they did an inspection as I asked. The guy said the noise my truck's transmission was making was normal, even though the previous three times my truck was in for service, they could hear the issues. Not to mention, the original diagnosis was that I needed a transmission flush, which was over $900. Then the second time, because we knew a transmission flush that was done right before I bought the truck wasn't going to fix the problem, it would just be a waste of $900. So the next time they had the truck for a few days, they told me the valve body was no good, so they changed that under extended warranty, which also didn't fix the problem. So, at the next appointment, I was told again that the valve body was no good, and the torque converter was no good, and they had to wait for the extended warranty to come verify that the transmission needed to be replaced. So that was done, and I'm still having the same/similar issue that they seem to think is normal. So now im expected to drop my truck off again and take the tech on a drive to show him/her the issues that its having. I told the service advisor I would like to take a test drive with one of their trucks on the lot to show me that the noises and banging and clicking im hearing is normal behavior but that was denied. I had the truck for 6 months before issues started to occur so im confident this is not normal sounds from a gmc truck. All this time dropping it off and losing my transportation is unrealistic to still have a truck with issues. The service manager did tell me that he would credit my account $300+ for the wasted transmission flush tho.

My car has been with this location since the previous owner, and they always treat me correctly. They give you a video on the work thy do on your car, and if you have any questions, they will try their best to answer them. Yes it’s on the pricer side because it’s a dealership, but if you want the work done correctly, this is the place. Not to mention they’ll remedy anything they do wrong. Shout out to Scott who I can always ask for any questions.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but I have to say if your are not buying a brand new vehicle here it was a terrible experience. All these reviews seem to be from brand new vehicles , so I would like to share my experience buying a used truck. I always have said go through a name dealership to get the best quality and customer service but you have officially opened my eyes to a new horizon . The lack of communication and just completely not answering the phone is absolutely disheartening and unprofessional. Being approved and getting a loan and filing all paperwork and having the “truck is all one thing . After you put your down payment and have all of this done , you usually may have to wait a day or two to have your vehicle in your possession but not 2 weeks with no follow up. The calls, texts on our end was the only form of communication received with damanding updates after week one.
The truck was sold to us and was not brought into the shop yet and after constant texts and calls to the dealership and our sale rep we found out it needed a new catalytic converter. We were never informed that the truck still had not been brought into the shop after buying the track. When test driving the truck there was a check engine light on and bringing it to the sales rep attention. After 2 days they finally brought it into the shop to have a diagnostic done finding out it was the catalytic converter it has to be fixed that before we get it , fine no big deal . (The paper had already been done since the day we test drove ) Now we’re on week 2 still reaching out to our salesman and dealership and still no response or update . So I leave this review so maybe you can give some of your sales team that lack communication , a class to help improve this. But needless to say I find it completely unprofessional and quiet frankly the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership.
I hope the issue of waiting and communication can be resolved so I can further update review and say they fixed the wrongs . Nobody likes to make their first car payment on a vehicle they have only test drove for 10 minutes.

I purchased a Sonata from Mastria GMC Cadillac and the experience was very smooth and thorough. From the start Rashad Bell was very informative, helpful and so personable. He was very transparent and helpful with all of my requests. The finance department was very helpful as well. All my financing options were thoroughly sifted through with great patience. Not only did Rashad do such a great job, he went above and beyond and brought my car to my location. He was always very responsive, and made sure when I needed a few minor things switched or changed that he personally took care of it. Thank you all so much for making the dealership experience something positive

I had the pleasure of working with Kerry while shopping for a new truck, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, he was straightforward, honest, and never once made me feel pressured. No games, no unnecessary upselling—just clear answers, helpful guidance, and someone who genuinely knew the vehicles inside and out.
He took the time to walk me through every option, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. We worked through the numbers without the typical dealership runaround, and I drove away in a truck I’m extremely happy with.
If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with, I highly recommend asking for Kerry.
