- BBBri5 days ago5.0This was either my fourth or fifth time renting from the Enterprise in Raynham, MA. At this point with dealt with nost of the employees there & they are ALL FANTASTIC! They really do go above & beyond to help you with everything, even if there is an issue. I've had nothing but good experiences with them & I never like joining loyalty programs, but they got me to sign up for the Enterprise one. The Raynham, MA is second to none, love 'em!

While it is a common tactic in the industry, it doesn't make it any less infuriating or underhanded. I choose what I wanted for a reason, and it is NOT okay to just expect me to accept whatever downgrade you offer instead. I appreciate the friendly faces, unfortunately it isn't why I contacted their services.
