    I dealt with Joe when I initially rented and Brady when I returned the car. Both were very respectful and efficient. It was a pleasure to deal with guys who seem to enjoy their job and do so with a smile!

    This location is not one I recommend. I had a rental for 2 weeks and was not helped by the staff here when needed. To be transparent, I've rented from Enterprise hundreds of times over the last decade. This experience was by far the worst. For context, I was driving down a local highway when the Enterprise car blew a tire. No spare available in the vehicle. The Enterprise roadside assistant agent said it would take over 90 minutes to get towed. This would have made me miss my flight. Went yesterday to receive a new vehicle after having the blowout on the highway while trying to return to the Providence airport. The staff on the phone was rude and argumentive about my ability to have multiple open rentals. I then arrived at the location with a new rental reservation after placing on the app per their request. The staff at the counter also were rude and unhelpful. The staff continued to argue with me over the reservation, requesting I submit a 3rd rental request. I typically worked with the staff at the Fall River branch when needed. The Fall River team members were always respectful and helpful. The team at Raynham need better customer service skills and needed to hand this unusual scenario over to a manager. I will not be returning to this location.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Absolutely terrible experience. My friends and I were planning a road trip and reserved a van in advance. I called the Plymouth, MA location and was assured that a van would be available for us. When we arrived, we were told there was no van available and were simply sent to another location without any real explanation or solution. We were then directed to the Raynham, MA location. Before driving there, I called multiple times to confirm everything. At no point was I told that a credit card would be required. In fact, I was led to believe that paying with a debit card would not be an issue. After driving nearly two hours, we arrived only to be treated very poorly by the staff. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed to find the situation amusing rather than trying to help. We had been given completely different information by multiple employees, yet no one took responsibility for the mistake. I was extremely upset and frustrated by this point and even ended up crying in front of the employee. Instead of showing any empathy, I felt like I was being laughed at and brushed off. I asked if they could give us just 15 extra minutes to figure out a solution, even offering to pay additional fees if necessary. The employee basically told us that he could help if he wanted to, but he didn’t need to because he was leaving as soon as the office closed. The lack of communication between locations, the disorganization, and the disrespectful treatment we received made this one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We wasted hours of our day, drove long distances based on incorrect information, and were left with no vehicle and no solution. Also the manager from Raynham did not want to provide his name. I would never rent from this company again and would strongly discourage others from doing so.

    Seamless experience. I needed the rental for car repairs. They worked with the shop and my insurance all I had to do was sign the paperwork. Well maintained and super clean vehicle. Very nice agents
