  The team at Enterprise Raynham on Route 44 is the best. Brendan, Eddie, Brady, and the entire team consistently go above and beyond to make the experience top-notch. The customer service at this location is excellent. I’ve been renting here nearly every week for work for over seven years, and throughout that time, they’ve always done everything they can to take care of me and make the rental process as easy as possible. I really appreciate the level of service they continue to provide.

  I would strongly recommend having a backup plan if you are considering renting from this company. Our van was canceled the day before my brother’s wedding, leaving us scrambling at the absolute worst possible time. This wasn’t a casual rental—it was transportation that had been planned and relied upon for a very important family event. Canceling with only one day’s notice showed a complete lack of consideration for the impact this would have on us. Finding a replacement vehicle at the last minute was incredibly stressful and could have seriously affected the wedding day. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but when you accept a reservation for such an important date, there should be some responsibility to your customers. A cancellation the day before the event is simply unacceptable. Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I would not trust this company for an important event.

  I had an absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise. The customer service was beyond disappointing, and the entire situation was handled so poorly that I would never rent from them again. What should have been a simple rental turned into unnecessary stress and frustration. I felt like no one actually cared about resolving the issue or taking responsibility, and I was given the runaround instead of real help. For a company this large, I expected much better communication, professionalism, and customer service. I would seriously recommend looking at other rental companies before using Enterprise. I definitely won’t be giving them my business again.

  Made a reservation for a 15 passenger van 5 months ago for a wedding. I got a call less than 24 hours from the scheduled pickup time telling me there were no vans left for me because people extended their reservations. Had nothing left to accommodate me even though the reservation was made months in advance and left me scrambling to try and find a replacement

  My experience at Enterprise in Raynham & Seekonk was exceptional! After my parked car was totaled I needed a rental, my insurance company normally books rentals through a different car rental. That rental place was nothing but disappointing and even with a reservation they did not have a car for me. I called my insurance company and asked them to send a reservation to Enterprise and they did. In that same day within an HOUR of the time the rental was reserved I was driving out of the Raynham Enterprise with a vehicle. No hassle not excuses just kindness and professionalism. Once I was ready to finally return the car I was in a bit of a dilemma as I rented from Raynham which is in the area of where I live but I had purchased a new vehicle to replace my totaled one and that was in Swansea and I had no one beside Uber to drive me to Raynham to drop the rental off then to Swansea to pick up my new car. I called Raynham and spoke with Brenden and explained my situation, asking if I could drop my car off at the Seekonk location as that was closer to where I purchased my car and would limit the number of Ubers I would be taking. Brenden explained that my insurance did not cover the one time drop off fee, HOWEVER he stated he would waive the fee ( it was $100) if I did the customer survey (Haven't received it yet but I will fill it out to note the same exceptional experience) noting the wonderful experience at Raynham Enterprise! When I stated I would take an uber from Seekonk to the Dealership he said someone from Seekonk could drive me to the dealership. I got the Seekonk Enterprise and spoke with Jake! He was just as phenomenal as Brenden was, when I asked if they would take me the dealership he said they could do that for me. Jake drove me to the dealership ( Bristol Toyota) we had a such a pleasant conversation on the drive there. Jake was so kind, very personable, it was a seamless ride to the dealership. I would not hesitate to deal with Enterprise again for all my rental needs. I think it is so important to note the professionalism, kindness, how reliable Raynham & Seekonk Enterprise was for to me. Especially speaking with Brenden over the phone and my wonderfully pleasant experience in person with Jake. Dealing with this car accident, finding out my car was a total loss, needing to scramble find a new vehicle, get a rental was stressful. for an accident thankfully I was not in the car and it was merely parked. It was nice and refreshing to deal with people who were so understanding, accommodating, professional, and most importantly these days KIND! Brenden thank you so much for understanding. Jake thank you for being such a kind, professional, understanding young adult. I enjoyed our short conversation!
