  Reasonably priced. Quick service. Car looks like it’s brand new (a young, newly licensed man backed into my car, resulting in minor damage). They detailed and cleaned the car before returning. Will definitely go back should I need future services.

  These guys somehow talked my insurance company into $15,000 of repairs on a truck valued at $19,000, then stuck me with a $4,000 emissions repair after. They pushed the completion date several times by days at a time, with communication all being one sided from me. After waiting weeks to get the truck back the insurance company wanted more diagnostics to see if the catalytic converter was damaged in the accident or not. Well the light wasn't on prior to the accident so I would venture a guess that was accident related and made this clear several times throughout the process. It was like talking to a brick wall, the truck was returned to me barely driveable with the check engine light on. I admit I should never have taken it back in this condition, but needed to get back to life as normal. I ended up having to take a 401k loan out to pay for the new cat. Nice, huh? To top it off someone picked out all the quarters and dimes in my ashtray and stole my AFM disabler, a necessary $60 device that plugs into the OBD port and overrides GM's absolute garbage engineering. I guess theres no money for them in totaling a vehicle, so if you want the right decisions made for the future of your vehicle don't go here.

  I recently was in an accident with major damage to my truck and it was not totaled as I thought it would be so things got concerning. My sister who helped me through this process and I can not say more good things about Columbia!!! From the very beginning to the end they were professional, kind, and informative and that made so much difference in the process! They gave us a time frame and kept to it exactly and my truck looks brand new! What a pleasant experience all together! Highly recommended 🙂
