  I decided to get my car repaired here through my insurance. They initially had my car for two weeks and when I got it back, I realized they did not fix everything the right way or fix all the damage and parts that were needed which I documented everything . They gave me a used headlight that was also cracked, and had condensation in it. The damaged side was still dented, pushed in and had rust where they needed to replace and the whole bottom bumper was still detached and they didn’t fix other electrical problems that was connected to my car. I called them right away and spoke with Leo their manager. He pretended to act like he was concerned, already knowing that they were giving me my car back on that condition and it was unacceptable and thought that I wouldn’t say anything. They don’t know how to work on cars or know what they are doing. They are very unorganized. He offered to give me a free rental that was coming out of his pocket, which I accepted and really appreciated that. They gave me a brand new headlight after I let my insurance know what happened and they fixed the bumper, even though it’s still not perfect. HOWEVER, I received a phone call from the rental place saying that L and W is not paying for my rental car that they offered me and they are making my insurance pay. I will never ever come here again. I will never recommend anyone to this place. I was extremely patient with them, but never again. Please don’t come here and give them business because they don’t care at all. They use cheap quality parts, rush to get it done with sloppy work. and don’t care about the actual quality of the service; while charging you so much. A good body shop would never do that to you.

  They will overcharge you. I’d recommend shopping around. Two guys gave me two different quotes on the same car for the same thing but one was trying to charge me more than the other. $3,000 for a minor bumper and fender fix.

  While in Louisiana last winter we got hit with a small microburt which damaged a significant amount of our truck. A friend of ours recommended L&W. We were not disappointed. The customer service and workmanship is outstanding. They even detailed our truck before the gave it back.There was a small lack of communication but our experience was top notch.

  Last year, my Ford Edge was hit three times. All three times I had L & W repair the damage. Excellent results, couldn't tell that the vehicle had been hit. Going back next week for damage from a hit and run in May. Highly recommended.
