    The pick up from Logan Express service was amazing. The Front staff and going over all the options was just as exceptional. We were very happy with the car we received.

    Horrible experience with them on 7/12/26 after I was told my reservation was transferred to another Enterprise location at Boston Logan airport. They did not have the vehicle that I needed. Parked my car in Boston and took a Lyft to the airport only to find out this was not something that was possible. Also had a poor experience there as well with some very unhelpful representatives and general manager. I had to end up going to Hertz and paid more than intended (naturally so as it was last minute) but received excellent service from their team. I will never reserve with Enterprise again.

    In an emergency situation, the crew at Enterprise got me on the road quickly with a minimum of red tape. They were friendly and helpful even though they were busy when I came in.

    Always a pleasant experience with every interaction. I have been renting from them for years and any issues I have they address immediately. They are also super accommodating with picking you up and dropping you off for the rental at your property.
