They gave me a confirmation and all even the day before the date I was to pick it up but thank goodness I kept calling but no one was picking up at all they’d say please hold, be on phone for like 12+ minutes then it would disconnect. Happened to me twice. Finally someone answered and they said oh no we couldn’t get the van, but we’ll try elsewhere to see if we can get you one and we’ll call back. You think they called back!!!???? Absolutely not!!!! Enterprise Rental should leave Randolph as it is horrendous service!!! I actually had to get a damn school bus for 13 people total. Sad. Imagine if I was waiting for their call. We would’ve been stranded! You just don’t do business like this. Very disappointed and never again want to do business with them and recommend people to think twice before going with them.
