  I paid over 100$ for a oil change here and they didn’t even bother to put back all my skid plate bolts I needed a oil change and decided to do it myself since it was nice out only to find they cranked my oil filter on way tighter than need be overall won’t go back here support local business these guys r hacks

  absolutely scummy of them to tell me after filling air in my tires that they have new policy that it’s $9.99 for just air (i know, absolutely abysmal to say the least). i feel that the dude there, samnang, was just pissed that all i needed was air. i’ve been here a hundred times before over the past few years and have had a nice experience. stay away since that was the only good aspect about this joint - their oil changes are stupid expensive to mention as well.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I pulled into Valvoline this morning looking like I was one minor inconvenience away from starring in my own personal meltdown. My oil light had decided to join the chaos and become the cherry on top of an already terrible morning. Thankfully, the crew at Valvoline in Quincy had other plans. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted and directed inside where Brendan took care of me. From the moment I told him I was having a rough morning, he immediately put me at ease. Instead of giving me the usual robotic customer service script, he talked to me like an actual human being. He reassured me that everyone has those days, kept me laughing, and somehow managed to make an oil change feel less stressful. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and transparent he was. Brendan explained every service, what was being checked, why it mattered, and never made me feel pressured into anything. He was patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire visit. Shoutout to Max and Devaughn as well. They worked quickly and efficiently, and before I knew it my vehicle was serviced and ready to go. The whole team was thorough without wasting time, which is exactly what you want when your day is already trying to test your patience. I came in stressed, frustrated, and convinced the universe was picking on me. I left with fresh oil, peace of mind, and a much better mood. Brendan, Max, and Devaughn thank you for turning a bad morning around. If every service experience was like this, I’d probably start looking forward to oil changes.
