  Great service. Never have had any problems with them. Only complaint is that you might have to wait an entire day to get your car back but the physical service is always A+

  I cannot say enough good things about Sullivan Tire & Auto Service in Quincy, especially the manager, Matt. In a world where genuine customer service can be hard to find, Matt was truly one of the kindest, most professional, and most honest people I have met in a very long time. From the moment I walked in, he treated me with respect and genuine care. He took the time to explain everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. You can immediately tell that he truly values his customers and takes pride in running an honest, trustworthy business. The entire experience was smooth and stress free, which is not something most people usually say about bringing their car in for service. If you are looking for a tire and auto shop that is honest, reliable, and truly treats people the right way, I would highly recommend Sullivan Tire in Quincy. They absolutely earned my future business.

  I've been coming to this location few times. The manager John and the whole team are professionals and courteous people. Bring your car to this very convenient location, for tires or any auto care you may need and get it fix at very reasonable time. As someone that respects hard work, I highly recommend them

  I had a slow leak in my tire and went in fully expecting to be raked over the coals. I was greeted by very pleasant people who got the job done that day without breaking the bank. I highly recommend!

  Go elsewhere this place ruined the Sensors Of my Lexus I had to buy 2 tires ( only one flat tire) that were in the back it's quite obvious they have people working on the cars that are inexperienced Also someone Was very rough opening the hood of my car and literally broke the attachment Making it very hard to open the hood to add windshield washer fluid. very dangerous Situation they placed me in When I called the manager the manager was extremely belligerent over the phone and actually quite nasty and didn't want to admit Any wrong doing from his inexperienced staff after I told him all the damage that was done that costed me $1550 on top of the $1600 that I gave Sullivan tire due to their mistake I paid the price I do not recommend Sullivan tire in Quincy to anyone
