  As of 10-13-26 no call from the regional manager as I was promised. Original Review – This review is subject to change based on Safelite's response and my promised call from the district manager. I am leaving one star based on my experience with this location so far. Safelite replaced my windshield in November 2023. After I later discovered an issue with the rain sensor, I attempted to have the North Attleboro Safelite location address it, but the issue was not resolved. Due to work and personal circumstances, I eventually had to put the matter on hold. I recently contacted Safelite Customer Care again to finally get this resolved. On September 29, Customer Care reviewed the situation and scheduled an appointment for Thursday, October 1st at 3pm, at the Hancock Street Quincy location to have the rain sensor issue addressed. On September 30, the manager of the Hancock Street location called me and told me she was canceling the appointment. During that conversation, she told me, to the best of my recollection, “I don't know what Customer Care told you, but my shop isn't responsible for this and I'm not being on the hook for the cost.” I immediately called Safelite Customer Care back. During that call, I was told that I should have reported the problem within 30 days of the original windshield installation and that I should have reviewed the warranty information on Safelite's website. My concern with that explanation is that Safelite advertises a lifetime warranty on its workmanship, and its published warranty states that Safelite must be notified within 30 days of discovering the defect. A rain sensor problem is not necessarily something a customer would discover immediately after a windshield replacement. At the time, I worked from home and did not regularly drive the vehicle. I also previously attempted to have Safelite address the problem after I discovered it. Customer Care told me today that they are escalating the matter to the district manager and that I should receive a call within 24 hours. I have retained the appointment confirmation text messages and the timestamps of my calls with Customer Care, the call from this location canceling the appointment, and my subsequent call back to Customer Care. I will update this review after I hear from the district manager. If Safelite resolves the issue appropriately, I will absolutely update the rating and review to reflect that. For now, one star reflects my experience with the Hancock Street location canceling an appointment that Safelite Customer Care had specifically arranged to address this issue.

  Terrible service outcome. They repaired a broken window but left glass in the door and in the window. They additionally said they couldnt remove the glass from the window shade. When I asked about the sounds of glass in the window and door they said it was normal and would go away. This was 100% inaccurate. Will never use Safelight again
